I came to this sonic for the first time usually I go to the one on airline but I choose to go to the location on east Texas because it’s closer and I didn’t wands be long when I have puppies at home and after I ordered they brought my food to me and when she walked off I noticed I didn’t have my marinara so I rang them and they answered I told them what I needed and they said it would be right out… it had been 20 minutes so I rang them again and the girl says how can I help you and I said I’ve been here 20 minutes and I still haven’t got my marinara and just gets off the Mic so I drove off because she completely got off and it had been two cars come and go while I was waiting also so this was my first and last time coming here !!!
Burger was good could be great if they change the pickles. The car hop was very nice and easy to understand when she read my order out. Will be back to try the brownie shake
It was great, I had made an order in the app and they got it out to us. There was a problem with the drinks they weren't marked we had ordered identical drinks My daughter is pregnant and I don't drink sugar and I can't. And she has had issues her entire pregnancy with her stomach getting upset so I told the girl how do we tell which one's different and didn't know what we could do and finally I had started to see if my grandson could try and do it. And the girl came out with two brand new ones for us she was very nice and very helpful we wound up picking up three separate orders because after we got there my daughter decided she wanted other stuff. And then my grandson couldn't order the drink then I got him because he's weird and doesn't like bubbles lol so I had to order him a slushie instead of a strawberry limeade and a lady was really nice and she came out every time same lady we had a great time really appreciate it. And there was fruit in the limeades again oh my goddess! That was so awesome!
My Husband and I love their desserts my favorite is the Oreo double stuffed cone... That's my go too and my husband loves their sonic blasts he always gets Oreos and m&m's we also like the cinnastack dessert it comes with a dipping sauce aaaaaamazing!!! Must try!!!
Rolled in at 4pm and sat for a second figuring out our order. Tried to order and was told that this location was closed for the day. Never heard of a Sonic closed at 4pm. When we left we saw food being delivered to other cars.
So far so good my most favorite thing of all at Sonic is the route 44 cold brew coffee with extra shot of vanilla
If I could give zero stars I would. Twice now I’ve ordered online and it’s been slow and they’ve acted surprised there was an order- but at least the food was good. This was cold, wrong, and it appears the staff is useless. No need to respond; but I would suggest learning how to run a business properly and hire competent staff.
Establishment needs to be closed. Telling everyone their closed when their open. Ordered online. Everything wrong. Service sucks. No need to respond if you was a owner that sonic would be ran like all the other ones?

Order via Sonic app. When I arrived, I tried to check in but it just kept trying to load. I informed the person that I was attempting to check in she said the stall I was in. I sat there almost 30 minutes still no food. I buzzed in again. Someone came to my car asked my order. About a minute later she came back said my order was not logged in. I showed her the ticket number. She came back in less than a minute with my order. The food was luke warm. I refused to return as this is the second time the app wasn't working properly. I have had problems in the pass with the Sonic on TEXAS. I will never go there again.
