Waited an hour to be seated and all down hill from there!!! Waited for alcohol drinks for at least 30 minutes and then the bartender brought the drinks except one and we asked the waitress about the drink and she stated she can not go to the bar to get drinks?? So we ordered a sprite and after asking her 2 times for the sprite she finally brought one 30 minutes later. She brought our bill on one check and we had 3 couples so asked her to split the check and upon her return all the checks were wrong!! She went back and the third time the bills arrive they are still wrong on one but we pay and she brings the receipt and she credited the wrong bill too the cards. Worst service we have ever had. Manager Marcus was no help!!!
My husband and I went to celebrate our 28 wedding anniversary and completely enjoyed our evening dinner at the Saltgrass! He ordered chicken fried steak with loaded mashed potatoes and I ordered baby back ribs with a baked sweet potato. We both had side salads. The server was very polite and did a good job. We had so much food leftover! Would definitely go back!
Service was great. Food was good. Hard for my handicapped mother to get to the restaurant.?
Best. Experience.. Best steak.They did get our order wrong.....W our steaks.Brought my husband's steak.. w something . All over it.. . And my steak was cooked to much....Med rare.Isn't.Cooked. To crisp..But was. Still good....
The absolute worst service and management! I can't say anything about the food , as after an hour of waiting we never received our order
Wonderful staff, food was phenomenal! Kitchen staff was behind but my waiter was on it with drinks and bread. Must try this place if you're looking for a steak and great environment.
Had such a great experience and even got a bit of studying done. It was relaxing and such friendly service with Maddi at the bar. I ordered the salmon caesar salad, NY strips, chicken and shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection!!! Today was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. The view of the Riverfront really topped it all off!

All I can say is YUM! No complaints at all.Our server was awesome! The food , on point! Love the decor , and atmosphere. If you are ever in Bossier la ( on the Boardwalk) stop and get a bite, you won't be disappointed.
This is an expensive restaurant. But it's worth it. The staff is friendly and attentive. First you get the fresh, warm bread. I ordered chicken and veggies. This is the first place the chicken was not dry. It was moist and tasty. My husband had a steak and enjoyed it. Very nice experience.
