Have used this location for years. With that being said, I have to say this was one of the best stops there for my wife and myself. We had the pleasure of being seated in a bar booth(which my wife originally didn't want), we were attended to by the most friendly, knowledgeable young lady I have ever had to wait on us. She was attentive, tried to please us any way possible. She also had the most addictive bubbly personality I have ever witnessed in a wait staff. She goes by "Sam", I hope this gives her some much needed praise for a job very well done!! The food was great, and Sam made it better(if that's possible)!!! We will be back, and hopefully seated in the bar area so we can have Sam again. Thank you Sam for a wonderful dining experience!!!!!!!
This was my first and probably last time visiting this location. Upon opening the door we noticed there weren’t a lot of people there. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait. I asked if they were short staffed and the host said that and all our tables are 4-5 people. She asked if we still wanted to wait we said yes. Then we waited less than 5 minutes for a table! Our waitress was good and very attentive but told us that they were out of trout, salmon, and hamburgers. Then when I asked again she said no we are out of flounder. So we had to change our menu choices because we wanted either flounder or salmon for our meals. My mom ended up picking trout and the waitress came back and said they were now out of trout but had salmon because they went and bought some. It took forever for our apps to come up. They literally came out right before our meals. The food was just okay. Not about average just average and the shrimp was slighting over done. When we went to pay I split the checks up and noticed my mom was charged for both her trout and her fried shrimp. When I brought it to the waitresses attention she fixed it. I have no complaints about the waitress I just feel like the food could be better and I felt like the hostess wasn’t accurate and for some reason wanted us to leave. Maybe it was because they were out of so many items. I don’t know!
Terrible. First of all we had a reservation but we still had to wait an hour when they had zero to no customer. Food was not good at all. The seafood tasted very fishy. Customer Service was slow and felt like biscuits were getting forced to me. It’s was very hot usually a restaurant is cold. We could hear yelling from the kitchen. Overall service was terrible I don’t think I will be back. If I could put .5 of a star I would.
Our Server, Tajuanna was excellent. The Admiral's Feast and stuffed mushrooms were hot and well seasoned. The biscuits, usually my favorite, were hard and cold, unfortunately. 4 out of 5
Food was excellent had the endless shrimp!!
My son and I decided to get Red Lobster for dinner (To-Go). The parking lot seemed fairly empty as we parked. We arrived inside at 4:22 and asked the 4 employees at the host stand where to place a to-go order (which was behind them). Finally with 4 employees at the host stand, 1 sitting on his phone, and two more sitting near the bar; I flagged a dining room. Server at 4:33 if anyone could take our order. Shortly afterwards, a server came to take our order. Ordered at 4:38 (from receipt) and food given by 4:57.While waiting 2 females came in, were given a menu, and were ordering within 90 seconds. Their names were asked and treated with proper customer courtesy.
Fabulous!! Our waitress was amazing ??. I'm don't want to put her name but she made sure we were okay our food came out on time it wasn't a long wait. I ordered the Kung Pao shrimp pasta delicious, my daughter ordered a $30 plate and ate 2 shrimp off of it. But it was a great experience after church.
Always here for the killer biscuits. But had a taste for a few other items. My bartender Megan was very professional and nice to put together some of my favorites.
We ate there on a Sunday afternoon. We waited a while at the door before anyone came to the front. Then we waited several more minutes before they showed us to our seats. When we went through the restaurant there was only 3 tables with people sitting at them. Every other table had dirty dishes piled up on them. The service went down from there. We had to use plastic forks and knifes because the metal ones were dirty. The food was mediocre. When we left only 6 tables were had people sitting at them and there were 20 plus people waiting in the front. I would recommend skipping Red Lobster. Even on it's best day, it's barely worth the price for the food quality.
We were seated at 8:04pm Saturday evening. The waitress took our order at 9:00pm. Just when you think it can't get worse my husband's order was missing soup, rice and shrimp. I'm sitting by 4 other unhappy tables as well. It's a wait just to talk to manager to fix the bill. It's been 12 min and I'm still waiting. Mc Donald's got you beat
