We came in with a party of 9 on a Saturday evening, the staff was very friendly and we were seated promptly. Our waiter was amazing! All of the dishes were absolutely delicious!
This place lacks good customer service and needs help in kitchen! My last few visits have been horrible. Today when I arrived was seated immediately. I was brought salsa that pretty much tasted like tomato sauce! Then the server came and I ordered the shrimp fajitas, which I did not realize was not on the lunch menu (my fault)... however, when I received the order, I’m not sure what was on the shrimp but it must have just come off their grill because my shrimp was not seasoned. The rice was very bland! I even tried to add cheese, not any help! The beans tasted like dog food smells. Overall terrible!!! After I paid for my food then tipped my server, she asked if I needed a togo box? I said no and gave her my opinion about the food and also that I was highly disappointed and disgusted with my meal! She just walked off. As I was leaving I told ladies at the exit I was sorry to complain but the meal was horrible and got the record I will not be back. The only response I received (sorry). And walked away!
The floors are so nasty and slick that people are falling out of their chairs. We cleaned our table with our baby’s wipes. Our frozen margaritas were like virgin slushees. We havn’t gotten our food yet... stay tuned... ? Waitress was great!!
My daughter and friend both had a kids cheese enchilada meal. Her friends was all good but my daughter was not cooked. I asked if they could just send back the enchilada so my young daughter could keep eating her beans. The manager said the entire plate had to be taken. I obliged saying they needed to bring my daughter out some beans so she isnt starving why waiting. The manager refused. She was very rude all while informing me the kids plates dont go through the oven. Which made no sense as one childs cheese enchillda was cooked all the way but the other wasnt. This woman manager was very rude . Dont come here. Only good part was the young blonde waitress who was a sweetheart.0
Food was mostly great! Got a dip sampler and all were delicious. Two had some good bit of spice as well. Fajitas for two was plenty of food, flavorful and adequate mixture of meat to veggies. Tortillas in house, hot and steamy. Only reason for 4 star vs 5 star is the severely downgraded chips. First basket was bottom of the barrel mini pieces. Second was full chips but paper thin. Barely able to dip. Most broke immediately. All in all great. Ohh great frothy butter for the fajitas.
Stopped by on our way back to TX and it was delicious! We love Posados but no longer have a location where we live; so this was a nice surprise. The food was so fresh and it tasted amazing! Our waitress was one of the best and nicest ones we've ever had!
The food was not as good as it has been in the past but was still good. The chips & salsa and tortillas are the best part. Atmosphere was good. Bathrooms clean. The awesome service we got from Rodney, was the best part. Ask to be seated in this guy's section and tip him well, he's a good waiter and takes care of you! Keeps the chips and drinks filled. Very nice man. Hope management reads this and let's him know what a good job he does!
Food was SO good and service was great!!
This place will go down as the worst place I have ever eaten at. The food was so bad that not one out of the 4 of us asked for to go boxes. We didn't want anymore. The queso was in a very small bowl and it was very thick and had a hard film over the top when we received it. Our friends said their fajitas tasted like the bags of fajita meat you buy at the store, it was even gross looking. Besides the food, the place was very disgusting. The bar was horrifying looking behind it and there was never any presence of any kind of management. I believe my salsa had chips in it from the previous customers but who knows. We drove all the way from Texarkana to experience something different and going here was a huge mistake. We spent the whole drive back home apologizing to our friends for taking them to this place. Taco bell would be a better choice than Pasados Cafe.
Did not like the placement of the table, which put some of our party in the path of movement. Food and service were great, though. Quality of ingredients and preparation are superior. Tex-Mex cuisine. Colorful surroundings and atmosphere. Prices very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the fare.
