I have never been so dissatisfied with Popeyes until this location. Every time we come here, they are always missing an item to our order or they are basically out of everything. Ridiculous.
The people there are rude and unprofessional. I went there ordered a 5 piece mix Itold the lady the pieces that I wanted that would make up a five piece mix. The young lady failed to tell me that their is a up charge for ordering 2 breast. I pointed out to her that mixed consist of white and dark meat which my order did it does not specify certain pieces of white and dark meat. Needless to say I paid ! I left ! And will never go back to this location again and too top it off my order was still wrong because I asked for 2 thighs but I only got one. Don't waste your time at this location it's terrible.
Literally every Popeyes in Bossier and Shreveport need to either be shut down or find immaculate management. Because the way they all run now is horrendous. Customer service is terrible. No kind of people skills and extremely rude. Food is terrible. It’s always stale like it’s been sitting longer than the times allotted times. The sides aren’t ever made right. They’re always “out of” honey, sweet tea, and whatever other sauce you may need lol. I’m so done, they all need to be checked on or something. Possibly take notes from chic fil a staff ?‼️
If I could give this place a half star ⭐️ I would. Ordered a two piece today and on the bird it said $8.79 but when o got to the window they felt the need to tac ion .50 more, I’m like where did the almost $10.00 come from? When I got to the window, the. She said they are charging.50 cent extra for your mash potatoes and gravey, normally the chicken is good there but today it was bland as hell, I had to pour those little Cajun packets on it and I got spicy chicken! So I can officially say that today was my last day ordering from Popeyes, I’ve always thought their chicken was more expensive then all the rest. It’s Southern Classic from now on for me✌?
They never give me sauce at the window, idk why they ask when you order. Never get plasticware. They always cut me off before I’m done giving my order and tell me my total. They converse while I’m giving my order, so my order is always incorrect. You’ll sit for 20 minutes, get to the order box and wait another 10 for them to tell you they can only take cash, or they neglect to tell you until you come to the window to pay. Don’t order online cause you’ll pay then go pick it up to find out half of what you ordered is sold out and they don’t do much to compensate what you paid for… I love their food so much. I can handle waiting for it. But the good LORD, get it together.
Placed a door dash order and when I asked for dark meat it tells me this place doesn't do special instructions to call. So I called. The woman who answered the phone was completely rude and everyone around heard how she was talking before I could let her know that I wanted dark meat for my chicken she hung up. Don't get from here
I have never been so dissatisfied with Popeyes until I went to this place. They didn't have my favorite sauce or fruit punch, but that's fine, I can get something else. What I'm most disappointed with was the food. It was poorly made, the chicken sandwich and fries all tasted old, stale and not crispy and for the first time I've seen a chicken patty that's smaller than the bun at Popeyes, it's like those cheap chicken sandwich you can get from McDonald. I ordered sprite, but it just tasted like unsweetened bubbly tap water. I was so confused, like how can you mess up the drinks as well?!
We waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru. No one attempted to take our order. This was after 1pm. We had already waited 10 minutes behind another vehicle. I decided to park and have my son go inside to place order. I thought the service would be quicker. NOT. I watched as the line in the drive thru became longer, vehicles sitting at the pickup window, vehicles driving off . . . I eventually called my son to find out why it was taking so long. ? I asked him did they have to kill the chicken ?. He says "No, ma". I had been waiting in the car for 30 minutes. My son comes out about 10 minutes later. He proceeded to inform me of his experience inside. There was a wait on biscuits (one of the two orders had a biscuit); he didn't want to wait longer, no receipt .... the lemonade was watery; didn't taste like lemonade, the red beans and rice was nasty per my son, the chicken nuggets (1st time ordering) were not seasoned and I could taste the batter on some of the nuggets. Overall, not a positive experience. I prefer Popeyes chicken; usually my first choice. Southern Classic is my second choice. I have been to different Popeyes restaurants and the food does not taste the same.
Small old hard chicken on the sandwich. It was right at noon. about 8 french fries with my order. Definitely not value for the price. Used to be a big fan. Not so much anymore.
We didn’t get all of our food. It sucks I will not be back. Employees were rude and ones didn’t have their hair up. Looks like it should be shut down. I should call the health department. Don’t eat here.
