Service is very very slow. Of course the dining room is closed but when you finally are waited on in the Drive-Thru items are always missing or the whole order is incorrect
It was a Popeyes for lunch. Used the app to order, but Popeyes doesn't have that process worked out. There are always problems. Order is never ready, or permanently lost but they still charge for it. This happens at multiple stores, not just this one. They really should be better at this.
Service here is ALWAYS horrible!My wife and I pulled up at 4:45 (they told us that they can’t help us for Atleast 15 minutes because they are doing a shift change)We decided to go back at 6pm. The lady comes onto the mic and says, give me a minute…7 minutes later we decided to leave. The spicy chicken sandwich isn’t worth this horrible service
I came to the Barksdale Blvd location today and as usual they were really busy. One of my items was wrong and the manager took care of it without me even having to say 1 word. She was SUPER sweet. I've worked at restaurants for most of my adult life and sometimes mistakes happen. To me, it's how that mistake is handled that really matters and I just wanted to commend the management here for handling everything like a champ!!! I love Popeyes and will ALWAYS come to this location if I can. Thank you and your staff for being ROCKSTARS!!!
Waited at menu board, no answer, had to speak first to get someone's attention. The young lady started 'all the chicken got throwed out'. Asked if they were open for business and she stated 'no'. Drove by the window and she was on her cell phone texting.
I ordered my food online at 6pm. Get to the store around 6:30, went inside bc the drive thru was long & was told they're drive-thru only. Cool. Get in line & get to the window just for them to have me pull around & Park. 6 cars (& counting) have gotten their food they JUST ordered while I still don't have my food at 7:15pm. I understand being short staffed but all those people yall just served have all gotten my food that I could've already had & gone.
Man I tell you this probably the worst Popeyes in the state or world. If it's more than two cars in front of you leave. This place like going to the dmv. The wait and service bad the drive girl is very rude. I refuse to go there unless it's one car in front of me and it's still a 10 minute wait. Make sure you have a full tank of gas.
This is by far the worst popeyes. I chipped my tooth on these hard tenders that I asked to be fresh. They left out my fries for both of my orders. Somebody else should really take over this popeyes. They want customers to pay all that money for there food but the food be horrible. I will never come back and I will tell my friends and famy never go to the popeyes on Barskdale?
Food is good but biscuits were old; the shift that was there around 9pm on Thursday seriously needs to be trained on customer service; (4 or 5 girls were there)it’s not my fault you’re at work and if I’m not being rude to you why such an attitude when I’m only asking for dipping sauce and honey ? which they didn’t have either. Mind you I got 20 piece dinner with sides and 8 piece biscuits. Oh yea they ran out of tea as well. They were probably being lazy though ??♀️ I wouldn’t recommend coming at night; if you don’t want to be at work; just quit no one is forcing you to work and let someone who wants or enjoys working take your place #simple
Chicken good! No sides available except fries. Gave me extra biscuits in place of not having choice on sides. Drive thru girl was stressed but still polite.
