Had a medium roast coffee that was very tasty. Husband had a vanilla iced coffee with sweet cream & whip cream and he loved it. Beignets were warm and dangerously delicious.
Welcoming atmosphere. Classic coffee shop feel. The Barista's we're very knowledgeable of the menu and offered suggestions based on my coffee drink preferences. The shop has a wide variety of whole bean coffee selections and other great gift ideas for coffee lovers on your list.
I was glad to be able to eat your Beignets in Bossier, First time we ate them was in Ruston, La, and they were fried just right. Then my grand daughter told me that we have a PJ’S in BC too. One day I asked my husband to buy 12 of them for me, on the way home, I found 2 of them stuck together and only cooked 1/2 way, we can’t eat uncooked food. I threw them away. It happened again today, I asked my grand daughter to stop and buy 18 Beignets and 2 cups of coffee. 3 Beignets got stuck together and were uncooked. I am so disappointed in PJ’S store. I hope your manager reads this, and ask the person that cooks to take the Beignets apart first before frying them.
3 of us went today. The beignets were tasty. We ordered hot chocolate, regular coffee, and a frozen cold brew Granita. Our orders were correct. A nice cozy place to relax while having a treat.
I'm giving 4 stars because their coffee is really good. I did however just go through the drive-thru, so that is my only experience. It's also quite expensive. I think I spent over $6 on a latte with oat milk.

Absolutely love the quality of the coffee here! Extra thank you to an employee named coco she’s so sweet. Came in today needing to sit and work but the WiFi was out and she went out of her way to lend me her hot spot. Great employees and great coffee, would defiantly recommend this place.
Today was my very first visit, though I've been wanting to try PJs for a while. I am so glad I had time to stop by because this place is AWESOME. Delicious coffee and hot chocolate, and their employees are super sweet. Maddie was my batista and she was very patient and informative while explaining to me the many beverage options available. 10/10 I definitely recommend ?
