If I could give a 0 I would. I have tried to get food 3 times this week and everytime they can't get it delivered to me and I have to spend 20 minutes on the phone with corporate to get a refund. And I did it one last time today and the order was out for delivery and then it was just canceled. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone getting money back and then I tried to get them to remake the pizza and just send it cuz my pregnant wife really wants pizza and I was on hold for q0 minutes then they just hung up. Save yourself the time and trouble. Get dominos.im filing major complaints to corporate because they are rude and do not care about their jobs.
The pizza does taste good and they do deliever quite well. HOWEVER, when you're eating AT the restaurant they make it complicated to eat there. The pizza is a bit too greasy to touch or hold, they don't have utensils as far as I know, and the cheese on top of the pizza is too melty and gooey to really consume properly. They do at least provide plates and napkins, as well as to-go boxes.
Please consider this a negative 7 million star review. My order never arrived. I called the store several times and no one ever answered. Oh, yes my CC was charged. I will never order from Pizza Hut again
Left out half of my order, refused to pick up the phone after attempting to call this location several times. Will never order from this location again and will contact corporate support.
None of my sauces were delivered and I ordered through the pizzahut app but somehow it was transferred to doordash, I'm assuming because this location didn't have drivers. Also I was informed that my food was getting remade because the employees gave my order to someone else. I waited over 20-30 more minutes than my expected deliver time. Which took longer because my order was supposed to be "remade" and "fresh" but when it finally got to me, my cheese sticks were burnt and the pizza was overall old looking and looked like it had sat a long time. None of the 4 sauces I ordered were delivered. I tried to call the store for 2 hours and absolulty nobody would answer and once someone did, i asked to speak with a manger and they said okay and placed me on hold and then hung up! I was never able to get ahold of them or get anyone to answer again! Worst experience ever from this location!!
I've currently been waiting almost 4 hours for my pizza. I've called numerous times and they just put me on hold for 30 minutes. They are supposedly going to give me a refund. We will see.
Placed an rder at 910 and someone inside the store canceled my order. I didn't get my order at all. Really ticked me off. Had to send my kids to bed hungry cause I have no vehicle and it was 11 pm.
Doesn’t do delivery, pizza dough was raw and wings where cold. completely worthless to rebuild a new pizza hut when workers are lazy and incompetent.
This location and the employees we dealt with do not deserve even a one star rating. We did not receive all the items on our order. The delivery man said he would return with the missed item but never came back. We called the restaurant and were told the guy was out on another delivery and they were now closed. No real apology and no mention of reimbursement for non-delivered items.
