We used to frequent this location, like at least once a week, but lately it hasn't been worth it. We waited so long for a delivery a few months ago that we ended up just going to get it ourselves (over an hour). After that we started getting dominos instead. Last night we ordered two pizzas and wings. My thin and crispy pizza came with literal dough in the center, like sticky, wet dough. My fiance's hand tossed came so wet the box was leaking. The wings came out alright.We called "our store" and got a call center instead and were eventually placed on hold to "talk to a manger." After 20 minutes on hold we just went to the store and had them remake the pizzas. My thin and crispy redo was still hardly done, in fact I put it in my own oven for nearly 15 additional minutes. And I'm not one that likes burnt pizza, but I do want a thin and crispy pizza, not a thin, soggy, cold cheese pie.We decided to order pizza because we wanted something quick. But instead of having dinner at 6:15ish, I ate at 8:30 trying to fix Pizza Hut's mess.It was a mess.
I ordered honey bbq wings and when i received them, the wings had hardly no sauce on them with some having no sauce at all. I also had to wait for my order of wings causing the pizza to be cold when I received it.
It took over an hour to be delivered once I got a text that it was out for delivery. The pizzas were cold and tasted like cardboard. Very disappointed!!!
I received my order 50 minutes after the scheduled time I was supposed to receive the order. When I called the restaurant I was transferred to at least 4 different people and was asked each time if I wanted to make an order for pick up or delivery. I explained that I was calling to find out where my order was, and the last time I was put on hold and no one ever picked up again. Finally, we received the order, and it was lukewarm at best. No apologies from the delivery guy. This is the second unsatisfactory experience that we have had from this restaurant and we are unlikely to give it another try.
During this particular visit, a front desk worker was not present at all. After standing in the facility for over twenty minutes, I had to raise my voice to get the attention of one of the gentlemen making pizzas, so that he could check for mine. Mine had been in the "warmer" cabinet the whole time, and it was cold by the time I got it home. Unacceptable.
I love the pizza but I had to wait to get my second pizza because the driver forgot it at the store and had to run back and get it. Overall customer service was good however I’m giving a poor rating based off of the negligence of the store not checking the order to make sure everything was correct before delivery
Stuffed crust pizza’s were on sale so we ordered 2 of them. There was not much cheese in the crust. A lot of crust but not much cheese. I know there are a lot of new employees and I understand some are probably still training. We order from Pizza Hut frequently and most of our experiences have been fine.
Sad to see the work ethic some of these places do not control anymore. Of coursey pizza is wrong. It almost always is yet I keep giving this store chances. Hell tonight I was told they ran out of bread sticks. What pizza place on a Saturday night runs out of bread sticks. Needless to say I will be ordering from other places from now on
They did not have a delivery driver and the worker was kind enough to call and ask if we would like to pick it up or cancel it. She was very nice about it and everything tasted great
my food was barely hot when it arrived here. by this time the breadstick were soggy. my cheesesticks were cold and burnt. My pizza barely had any cheese on it and the bread was still very doughy instead of the fluffy crunch i was hoping for.
