The manager, Delvin, on Sunday 7/10 was very helpful locating my pizza being delivered by DoorDash. The first door dasher didn’t go into the store thinking it was closed and i called the store and the manager said he was the only one there and he tried to problem solve and come up with a way to deliver my pizza to me. He was very kind and was trying his best to solve the issue and eventually Door Dash sent another dasher to pick up my order and Delvin called me back to let me know the dasher had picked up my order and was on the way. I appreciate your help!

My order was delivered wrong ,I called them a nice young man remade my pizza an sent it to me for free but it was black burnt an hard as hell .. nobody could even bite it..dog would not even eat it...u see that pizza..I would be ashamed to send that out to someone...an I paid 34$ for that pizza dinner
i ordered my pizza at 4:06, got an out for delivery notification at 4:18 waited for an hour before calling. called & spoke with a lady name Precious who told us to call back in 30 minutes because they didnt have a driver & were supposedly waiting on a door-dash driver. i gave it 30 minutes called again, spoke with the same lady Precious & whoever her supervisor was, sounded like a young kid, & they told me that pizza hut transferred to door-dash drivers instead of pizza hut delivery. they both told me they didnt think it was necessary to call people on their orders, keep in mind it says no one at all on the website when pizza hut doesnt have their own drivers. i should have been informed about my order 20-30 minutes after i placed it, i should not had to call an hour after i ordered it to see where it was, i also should not have waited almost TWO HOURS for my pizza… this is unacceptable pizza hut… if i could give 0 stars i would.
I ordered a 12” at 8:24 and received small 9:48pm. I called the store at 9:57pm a young man answered and kept me on hold for 10:16pm and the store closed at 10:00pm.I called back the next day and I’m grateful to have reached Devon and he went beyond and above to make right on the mistake that was made.
This place is always closed and the online never works right. It's Saturday at 730 and the store is shut down. The other pizza huts won't deliver here even though it's 3 miles away they all suck. I've always been super loyal and purchase a lot but going dominoes from now on.

Until I told them I was a driver. I will not every order from any pizza hut ....
We ordered our pizza at 4:45pm and we did not receive it until 6:05 pm. It had been sitting so long it was cold and rubbery. We even called to check the stays twice and they kept telling us they were”pulling up”. We will not order from this location and I would never suggest it to anyone.
The pizza is never good at this location .. my crust was way too hard. Everything was just horrible
I waited for over an hour for my order to be delivered from this location that is 3 minutes away from my home. I receive a phonecall from them saying that they cannot complete the order. My night of pizza-filled dreams is completely crushed.
