I would give 1 star if I could but since I have to give one to share my experience it will have to do. I ordered a pizza mobile through my app, my card was charged and I received the email saying that it was received and being cooked. Hour or so goes by and no pizza. So I call and they claim they “never received my order” yet I have proof I was charged via bank account & my email confirmation order! I went back and forth several minutes with a guy and finally told him I would come up there because I’m not going to keep repeating myself. So I go to Pizza Hut on BARKSDALE. The young man by the name of “Kail” says he can’t do anything about it they never charged me and I never ordered a pizza. Even though I literally showing this man my transactions and emails. He wanted me to pay yet another $20 something for a pizza and reorder. Nope absolutely not!! So it ended with a few cuss words (because what kind of customer service) and I got the cooperate number and spoke to a nice girl named Melinda! She refunded my $21 back and emailed me a coupon for a free pizza even though I will never use it because the lack of respect I was given. Shout out to Melinda. Take notes Pizza Hut
Food was delivered an hour and 15 mins after it left the store. Not hot fresh pizza at all. It had steamed in the box so long the crust was like rubber. Probably the worst service we have ever had. 2 cold pizzas and slightly warm chicken. When I called to inquire about the delivery the kid on the phone didn’t seemed concerned that it had been in the car with all the other deliveries for over an hour.
Amazing customer service and fast cook time. Really great people working at this place. Food was great too
Even with the Pizza Hut on Barksdale Blvd. being short handed, the customer service was quick, efficient, and very hospitable. Thank you and the pizza was delicious.
Follow instructions that I requested on my pizza. Asked for pizza to be cut in squares but they cut it in slices and I was home before finding out. I live 29 miles from store so going back was not an option.
I love the wings. Yall have them on lock when it comes to making them.. Better than Hooters, Better than BWW. The Hut is standing there saying King Kong Aint Got Nothin On me!! Keep up the great work
The wrong order was delivered to me, but the driver was very apologetic. My correct order was promptly retrieved and brought to me.
Quantity of toppings was great. They had been skimpy on the toppings for awhile, but this last one was fantastic!
I have always like pizza hut food, service and their timeliness
Apparently, when my husband arrived to pick up our order it was discovered that a driver had mistakenly taken our order to be delivered. The manager was very apologetic and we understand that mistakes do happen. They were able to reach the driver, who then returned our pizzas.
