When I say this pizza was delicious omg and the worker was super friendly. I almost gave up on this place due to bad experiences but this time made me remember why I loved it and trust will order again soon
I'm not very happy with this Papa John's experience. We're in a hotel less than 3 miles away, but it took more than an hour and a half to arrive. We tried to call and ask about our order, and they just kept putting us on hold and leaving us. The pizza was edible, but they got our order wrong, and by the time we actually received it, it was only lukewarm and soggy.
I visited this location last night after placing an order and received exceptional customer service from the young men that were running the place! My order was accurate, it was delicious and the two young men were very professional! The young man running the cashier even held the door for me and walked my order to the door! Outstanding! Keep up the great work!
When I went inside there wasn’t anyone to be found. When a guy did pop around the corner he had longer hair than me and wasn’t wearing a hair net. That is gross!
Ordered through doordash for delivery and it was a good experience. The order arrived promptly and fresh (if you want fresh orders too I’d suggest adding a large tip! It’s worth it!)I would not recommend a papadia with spinach inside as it gets too soggy but otherwise it was nice and cheesy!The stuffed crust pizza was a solid choice as well
If you order ahead pizza will be ready faster. Waited about 7-10 minutes for my pizza that was made in front of me. Little pricey compared to Dominos and little ceasers. But you pay for what you get. Pepper-chines and garlic sauces always to break up the flavor fatigue.
Ordered at 7:30 it’s now 10:30 and still don’t have our pizza. Was told that they sent out multiple drivers but never received any order. Told tough luck and that I can pick up my order another day. Absolutely wild that this is acceptable.
My order was picked up from someone else, and the manager Chris was super sweet, and remade the order with no problem. Really professional, nice staff.
Thin dude with the long hair makes good pizza!!!Papa John's quality has improved since probably 6 months ago. A tad pricier but the quality difference can be tasted, imo.
My pizza was great. The young man that rang me up was really helpful.
