It’s bad when you’re always out of entrees and ice. Your food is never consistent, EVER. And you just served me a hot 3.00 fountain drink. That’s pretty unacceptable, especially considering I drove back to ask them why there’s no ice and they told me to go get some from the machine by the front door!! Talk about flat out terrible and LAZY workers at this location. I think I should be reimbursed because you guys cost me so much in gas
The food had no flavor at all. We loaded it with sauces just to give a little taste to it. The walnut shrimps quantity was less.I always loved Panda Express but today we were disappointed.
Always low on rice i had to wait. I heard the lady tell him to give me a free drink. I didnt get it or a fortune cookie. Also watch a lady give a customer old rice from the bowl instead of waiting on fresh rice.Order 247762
Placed an order for a plate. One of the entrees was low and was told that they would bring it out when it was ready. While eating the rest of my meal we were entertained by staff arguing about who was supposed to clean what. I had to walk up and ask for the other entree. Seems to be the world we live in now.
Camilla working the drive thru needs a talk on customer service. When someone pulls up you shouldn't just ignore them, they should be trained to acknowledge the customer and let them know they will be right with them if they are busy. I dont need attitude from a child, we all get busy but you learn how to deal with it.
I wish management of public restaurants would hire some people with work ethic. I have never seen a place close at 2pm on a sunday and hang a sign on the door as people are walking in. What a shame. No explanation? I dont need one. I assume that Panda Express dont need my buisness. If you are reading this, i hope you choose a place that will appreciate you as a patron.
Loved it! Clean store and bathroom. Food was amazing. Staff were so polite and professional. Definitely recommend.Adding:I'd like to say I'm sorry I can't help keep your corner clean of debris anymore, one of your local police officers threatened to put me in jail for it.I still think your store is awesome and your staff are great people and hope you all stay warm and well.
The drive thru experience was terrible. I think the worker gave us a bad patch of fried rice. It was hard and dry to eat. Everything else was good except for the experience we had. Overall, I won’t come back since I was just here for temporary.
Waited on them to open. The sign n web site says they open at 1030. They had us waiting on them to open at 11. They falsely say they open at 1030 tho. Very disorganized establishment
This place was horrible. Half of the food was overcooked and the other half undercooked and we found hair in our food. When getting our drinks, the ice machine was empty and they had a dirty bucket and cleaning supplies sitting on top of the forks. Iasked for a manager and was pointed to shift lead. I explained how bad the quality of the food was, the hair, and the store. She stated 'it happens' and then stood there looking at me.
