The place was UNBELIEVABLY short staffed. One server for two large party tables and 4 regular tables. She had no help. We waited longer to pay than eat. The manager and bus boys needed to get out on the floor and at least refill drinks. One young server did walk around our area but didn't do anything.I may be petty, but the menus were not clean, were creased and had been pulled apart at the staples. To me that says you have no pride in your restaurant.We had the spiced shrimp with toast for an appetizer. It was delicious. My husband had the prime rib sandwich which he really enjoyed. I had the potato soup and salad. The salad was a typical side salad. The soup was cold and had already developed that skim over it. It was tasteless. Needed more cream and some spices.Overall, the manager let service be poor by not helping the one server.The food was okay. In this economic environment, we vote by our dollar. We will not be back.
We had an amazing waitress, Kristina S. We were so impressed with her attention to detail and bubbly personality that we wanted to let the manager know. Because the service and food was excellent we told the manager we will be back! The manager had been recently promoted and she is doing a great job too.
Steak and chicken were perfect, blooming onion was perfect! And to top it off, Josh was a fantastic bartender/server!
I enjoyed my dinner. I got the sirloin (cooked exactly like I wanted) with a potato and asparagus. My appetizer came out as soon as my dinner. I was ok with that. Overall, I would recommend this place.
Absolutely THE BEST experience I’ve had with this location! Everything came out fast and hot. Food was amazing. Our waitress Alex was very attentive. I literally did not have to ask for a thing! If you haven’t tried the bloomin shrimp yet please do! Restaurant was clean and looked freshly painted. I want to say she was the manager but I believe her name was T made my experience even better with her contagious smile. Will be coming back !
I had a good experience. Alexandra was my server. She introduced herself by name, which i love because it makes it so much easier when the server is needed. Food was on time and hot. All the employees were dressed nice and clean. No complaints. I would definitely go back.
Food was good, but the best part of the night was our AMAZING server LAKEISHIA!! Despite being extremely busy, she took care of everything we needed with a smile!! We definitely will be coming back just to see her!!! Thank you for a wonderful night LAKEISHIA! ?
Seemed pretty slow when we arrived. We were seated pretty quickly, left at our table with nothing for a while. Our server was sweet but it seems the place is highly understaffed. Food took a LONG time to show up. Server did well (apolgetic for the kitchen being "backed up" but as slow as it was, that was odd) , Food was okay, quality has definitely went way down hill over the years. I do not think I will be coming back nor recommending any one else.
Outback is one of my favorite restaurants and I love there frozen margaritas. Well my daughter and I tried to the Bossier location and food and service was horrible. The server who was the bar tender had no knowledge of how to make a good frozen or a mix drink. The blooming onion was burnt and my potatoe soup was cold. We were so disappointed we decided to not wait for the main course so asked for the check & had to settle for a something else. We will never go to this location again..
It took 1 1/2 hours to get a seat....they were short handed.....the servers were smiling and doing their best. The manager should have made some rounds and checked on tables really. The food was flavorful but not as hot as it should have been.
