The staff was great. The food was not great. My bread sticks were literally hard as a rock. They were out of unsweetened tea. My chicken parm was over cooked. The spaghetti sauce was cold. They were out of cheese, yes cheese. Will I go back to this location... yes because the staff was so great. Our waitress was fast, efficient and very nice. The manager came and apologized about the tea. The bus boy said goodbye on our way out even though he didn't have to.
The Italy Experience was great! Our server Shydestiny J was even better! She was very timely and very polite! Great sweet tea as well!
The Hostess was very understanding when we asked to sit away from people because I had a MIGRAINE... Amanda was a Great Waitress also. Food as Usual was Delicious

I order soup and salad. Wasn't the greatest decision. The soup was not good. The salad was good! Ordered a piece of cake it was soggy! Just not good choices made off the menu today!!?
The service was great as always the salad was fresh and delicious but the meal was left something to desire as it seemed a little over cooked and lacking a little flavor but the service was amazing
We were a large party. They seated us in an alcove off by ourselves for privacy, turned down the music so we could hear each other, and Chris did a great job serving us. I'd go back again for the service. And the Chianti by the glass was perfect with the minestrone soup.
Food was great. Wait staff loud and boisterous. One waitress in bar area was LOUD and actually used profanity. Really?!! No class for a once-classy restaurant.
Food is good but the staff were great even after I spilt my wine they said don't worry we will get it and offered to refill my glass. Was very happy
