We ordered two large pizzas & spaghetti. I went to bite into my pizza & noticed a huge hair in my pizza ? I lost my appetite and will not be back!!
My husband and I came to notinis after moving back to the area. Needless to say it was very disappointing to come back and have bland food. To start with pricing for what you get is very high. I got the ravioli, and while the portions were good size, the ravioli tasted like the ravioli we buy in the frozen section at Walmart and the sauce tastes like the sauce that comes out of a chef Boyardee can. Our tea we got didn’t have the mint taste that was my favorite nor did I get the orange or anything. When I asked about it, it was a hassle to get anything for the tea. Their “garden salad” that comes with the pasta dinner is just iceberg lettuce with a few tomatoes and dressing on the side. Super disappointed and definitely won’t be back. I’ll stick with monjunis down the road.
What size groups can you accommodate?
I went in to eat tonight and the restaurant was packed. I was greeted by an employee which was her first night, Cheyenne. I could tell she was nervous but so friendly and kind, I think she will be a great addition to the staff. I typically expect a wait on the pizza to be around 45-60 minutes. The table next to me sat at the same time, they also ordered a pizza. We were the last in the restaurant, still waiting on our pizzas. After over an hour of waiting, the manager came over to let us know the ticketing system did not print the pizza orders to the kitchen (I had overheard the employees talking about it happening earlier too, so I was not too shocked). She was so absolutely kind and apologetic, I believe her name was Gabby. Even through the small hiccup, the staff was so incredibly kind, professional and caring. Notinis, you have some good ones and your customer service tonight was A+++!! I’ll be back for my pizza soon! ☺️
Ordered chicken fettuccine and a 13 inch pepperoni pizza. Fettuccine placed on the counter and number called out. Instead of the counter girls saying, hey here is your first part of your order. But rather just called out the order. The restaurant has only 2 other tables and we just ordered. Still waiting on pizza 30 min later. Fettuccine was not flavorful and the white sauce tasted like a heavy gravy. Had to go to the counter and ask about the pizza that was sitting in the window getting cold. I would understand if it was busy, not so much. Won’t be back. I guess we were interfering with end of day close ups. Man has this place gone downhill.this isnt covid related.
Too expensive for a pizza/pasta place. The employees appeared to be uninterested in providing good service
I never knew that alfredo sauce could taste watery. Buddy's muffuletta had burnt pepperoni. At least the tea was still good.
We've been looking for a great Italian restaurant since moving here, something comparable to NJ so naturally were excited to try this place. The restaurant looked very cute, the staff were friendly but the pizza was terrible. It had the texture of cardboard, my jaw hurt after trying to chew it! That's not good, not to mention it's over priced.
Their food used to be really good (when original owner was there). But the reason I always went was for their AMAZING tea. New owner quit putting the mint syrup in the signature tea and it tastes TERRIBLE now. And the food is AWFUL! I wish Joe would have just shut the place down. The new owner is ruining the good name of Notini's!
I have been eating here for over 30 years. LOVE it! even proposed to my wife here. This is a true classic Bossier restaurant.
