Ordered to go. One part of the order came from the grab and go and the other part was a salad. Total was 30.00 with no drinks. Waited. Got order and went home. The main component of the salad was missing. Called the store and drove all the way back only to have to wait again. I was offered zero compensation for the mistake that cost me time, gas etc. When I asked I was offered a piece of cake. Lol. No thanks. My wife and I have been eating or picking up from there twice a week lately. Not any more. Even if your order is basic, CHECK YOUR ORDER THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE. You will NOT be compensated for their mistakes if you have to go back.
Best soup in town! I love the potato soup! The sandwiches are good as well. The service is usually good. The only thing I don't like about it is I smell like it when I leave. They need to improve their ventilation. Other than that I give it five stars!

The first time we called they hung up in our face, the second time they were supposed to follow up and call us back and they never did. Only wanted to give us 50% refund for a $50 order. The food was disappointing and the GM said that there was no way their desserts and soups could make anyone sick at all.

This restaurant is very consistently great. I have dined in once, and ordered via their app for pick-up 3 times. Each time the food is great and exactly what I expected. I love their club sandwich. It's a great replacement for my beloved version from Penn Station, which there are none of here in the region. There are always tons of employees working and hustling and bustling about to get orders to guests. I will miss this place when I move. I prefer this venue over the "other one" a couple doors down, which is pretty regularly bad.
Management needs to pay attention…..service was terrible….order was sent out wrong. Order was sent back. Took an extended amount of time to correct. No pickles or cheese on bar. Waite staff and cash register personal needs more training or maybe a manager to make sure they are doing there job. Lady in front of me ask for crackers for her soup. She was told they were out. Manager on her computer no help at all! This place needs a manager make over!
What happened to newks in bossier? They got rid of the royal sandwich, the shrimp remoulade, and you can’t get kale on a salad anymore. Newks was a healthier alternative to a lot of restaurants here, but no kale? I got the club tonight and it was dry and the bacon was awful. Sad. Not worth the money.
Service was very poor and the staff was gathered in the kitchen talking. I had to wait a few minutes and even waved and they kept chatting.I needed a to go bag. So I just grabbed it myself. The help yourself condiment and drink stations were dirty.The only thing that made the experience enjoyable was the food and the one young black man that was actually working. He stopped by several times to speak my elderly mom and was very kind. But seemed to be the only one on the staff to be interacting with customers.The others were gathered in the back right hand side by the kitchen door texting and chatting. Another customer trying to get a to go order left.
Bread was hard not enough chicken salad on sandwich, usually very good, called in to place my order, told the employee that I was already outside, was told to pull around to the curbside area, sat for 10 minutes, had to call and ask about order then said yes it's ready.
Really busy on Sundays right after church. Several tables were left dirty and we had to clean our own table to sit at. Coke machine and ice machine were out when we arrived. Food was awesome as usual. Normally everything is great. They must have been short staffed.
