Never again will I go back to this McDonald's. They gave a bag to the person in front of me after a minute she gave back to girl. Then she gave another order to that person and they left. I pulled up gave me a bag I get the bag home the hamburger was open with bun off the top. Fries were spilled in bag and nuggets were opened. They had given me the order the person in front of me went thru. GROSS ? I thru entire order out. BEWARE!!
One of the worst mcdonald's I've been to. Waited at the menu for 5 minutes while they took 5 cars orders in the other line. Finally had to turn around and go in the other line only for them to take the order of someone that just pulled up in my original line. This is the second time I've had a terrible experience at this place. The people that work here will give you attitude the whole time. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for food
I waited 10 minutes just at the drive thru window waiting for my order. She forgot to give me my drinks that go with the combos because they were laughing and carrying on in the back, I didn't see them but I sure did hear them! I had just drove away when I noticed I didn't get my drinks. I didn't want to wait in the long line again so we left. Very bad customer service. Mcdonalds messes up my order every time I go there and we don't go there often. At least the food is halfway decent or I really wouldn't go there at all.
Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes before our order was taken. The employee had a terrible attitude. They apparently don't serve ice cream at this McDonald's.
I ordered a mocha frappe and I’m pretty sure the milk is bad or whatever machine they use for it hasn’t been cleaned. It tastes so sour. Never again.
It was McDonald's if the got rid of those automated menus id give it another star but I rode up there on my new Lectric bike which made the the "why did I eat here again?" feeling less horrible because I didn't have to pedal.
I haven't gone to this location in around 5 years because the service is the worst i have had consistently ever. I can't remember if I ever got a correct order ever, watched a manager walk off from a register because she didn't know how to use it and wait times longer than a restaurant. Tonight we went through the drive through and waited for at least 5 minutes with nothing over the speaker. So I drove to the window where the rude employee said I was told to wait and now I would have to go to the back of the line. This place needs to be closed down.
When we arrived the drive thru thing was not working. It ended up working in about a minute or two. Our food was pretty good. But my sister’s McGriddle fell apart.
Worst mcdonalds EVER! Be prepared to sit in drive thru line for at least 30 min or more just to get cold food, wrong food or missing food. And when u say something to manager, it does no good! He acts like your crazy to be complaining!!! Bottom line... Don't go here...try Shreveport barksdale!!!
Terrible service… night shift is one of the worst shifts. If someone comes up to the window don’t just walk away. If you all are closing just say that on the speaker. Don’t act like you’re not there. It’s disrespectful and ignorant. No customer service or human decency. You don’t get paid just to do nothing because you don't feel like it. This McDonald’s should be torn down and turned into a store because obviously no one here should be working in the food industry. Or at all for that matter, plz find somewhere else to work.
