This McDonald’s is on another level. I walked in and ordered a #2 for breakfast. As soon the receipt came out, they had my order waiting on the counter. Five Stars.
Dried fecal matter in the bathroom floor at 8 am, meaning it had been there since at least the nigh before. Absolutely disgusting. The floor in the rest of the restaurant was sticky with grease and there were dead bugs on the floor. Walked out without ordering after seeing that. Disgusting.
Very poor service, no straws for the sodas. What McDonald's doesn't have straws. 1 star is to good for them. Employees needs a lesson in world class customer service. The pattie on my burger was over cooked. Nuggets and fries weren't fresh
One time my fries were dumped upside down in the bag. I wondered why the girl laughed when she handed my bag but new when I drove off. Most time however, is positive experiences. Majority are very friendly.
Waited 15 minutes at counter to be waited on. Very short staffed. Floor very dirty in kitchen. Girl slid on tennis shoes from window to fry station. Gave us our ice cream cones though at no charge. Ha!
We almost went somewhere else when we saw the line at the drive thru. But I told my man child that I wanted my French fries and that he should have patience and get me some. Less than 5 minutes later I'm eating my hot fries and sipping my shake with a smug grin on my face. The team working the drive thru was very efficient and worked their way through the long lines without a hiccup. My fries were fresh and my shake was still a shake when we pulled off. They even earned me a pat on the butt from my man child.
Went inside and placed my order drive thru was backed up. Order the buy one get one for a $1 my favorite wasn't on the list the fish sandwich so I had to get 2 Big mac they left my special sauce off and it was really dry.
The drive-through employee was very nice. I ordered an egg cheese sauce muffin but I did not want egg and cheese. She reduced the price for me. How sweet!
Keep in mind I'm reading a McDonald's. Who goes to McDonald's because they love it other than kids? Good warm food, not the fastest service. Condiments upon request only. At least they aren't like the one on Barksdale... you request condiments and they lie and tell you it's already in the bag.
One of the more efficient McDonald's in the area. We haven't had a problem with missing items or uncooked food so I'm happy. They're quick too
