I remember before the pandemic started my uncle took me and my cousins here at the play place. This is the only McDonald's that I like. The tables there were clean, and at that time the ice cream machine wasn't broken.
Management needs to handle there team, because they have attitudes, can’t take the orders right, messing around while taking your order, god for bid you say you don’t have something YOU ordered! We told the lady in the at the window she opens it with attitude and her eyes all popped out of her head, like she is gonna do something. It’s ridiculous.
Well stopped for a bathroom break. Typical bathroom. When I got my sausage and biscuit I guess I shouldn’t have asked for ketchup and grape jelly. Worker seemed irritated that I was making sure I had what I needed before I hit the road. Almost rolled her eyes when I asked for 2 more ketchups.
This location is a hit or miss and most instances something will be wrong with your order. These kids have phones behind the counter, Bluetooth headphones in their ear and think that you shouldn't be disappointed when your time is wasted by having to come back because they didn't listen before and made your order incorrectly. The good thing is that the request were preferred options and not dietary restriction because of allergies, because rather than upset I would have had to take my daughter to the emergency room over an incorrectly made cheeseburger. Please do better. I am an alumni and know full well the impact that great leadership can have on the young people who work at these places.
Just purchased a fillet o fish meal and the fish was hard as calf muscles called the restaurant and no answer plus the donut bites were even hard
Worse McDonald's I've been to.. few times I have visited always messed up my order.. again didn't get the order right and burnt the fries with no salt
I tried to give them a second chance, but this is twice I’ve gone through their drive thru and they give me 7/8 piece when I pay for the 10 piece , and not only that today they were mushy/ not completely cooked. I shouldn’t have to open my ten piece and make sure it’s a TEN piece. I know y’all are trying moving your drive thru along, but at least my order could be right.
I give this McDonald's a 3 due the restaurant being so dirty. The floors, tables. Dirty. We had to wipe off out table to sit and eat. The food was good. The employees were nice.
As a former McDonald's management I've never seen a McDonald's this disgusting as far as customer service sad I'm professional rude. You cannot keep your store open to the lobby making in a very inconvenience for people trying to get food. The food is way too precooked and is nasty and should be have been thrown away hours before you served it. On top of that you cannot are your staff does not take a order correctly. Whomever the owner of this McDonald's is should be ashamed of their customer service and their presentation of the entire McDonald's company I am sending a national review to McDonald's headquarters.
Waited for 10 minutes before I got waited on. Then waited another 12 min before I got one quarter pound hamburger which was wrong. I assume since I was white they did not have to provide customer service. They should post on the front if they don't want white people there, would save time then ignoring your customers.
