Came through drive thru at 9:37pm was told at Intercom pull Forward rudely got to he first window lady leaning in the window on her phone once done texting she open the window and stated did you place your order need not mention she had on a headset I said no was told to pull forward she was so not interested in taking my order at that point so I placed my order. Great detail she hollered up front she want her order bagged separately they said what she said again loudly she wants her order bagged separately paid for my order pulled up to the next window two Ladies sitting at the front end counter eating one with her hands the other with a fork appeared to be a cinnamon roll I beck for the person In. The blue shirt with long red braids no hat no hairnet nothing to come over to the window because I saw the one with her hands eating walk over to the fry station because I didn't want her to fix my order at all so the blue shirt lady begins to defend her staff by saying she not fixing your order she went to do something else I said mam I take it you the manager it is not professional to have your staff up front eating while serving the public for it's to many germs out for that to be appropriate she closed the window on me and walked off begin bagging a app order the other lady walks over to the window and said I'm fixing your order I was not the one eating I said to her as black women we should be more of great leaders to the team if we are Managers we set the example she too walked off and closed the window on me bagged my order and gave it to me without saying thank you come again I'm sorry for your experience nothing at all .worst service ever the window was filthy I should have never paid for any of this service I want be back!
If you’re unhappy with your job then get a better job and leave. There is no point in being rude and unprofessional to customers. This is the most unprofessional McDonald’s that I’ve been too, when we pulled up to pay for our order the girl in the window didn’t great us or anything, we then proceeded to get out food same thing happened whenever we ask for ketchup she throws it at my husband. Get a better job if you’re unhappy AGAIN! No one is making you work at that job. I will definitely me calling corporate tomorrow and complaining about his horrible service.
Well I'm aware it's McDonald's and my expectations are not high but I come every day maybe every other day to get a frozen mango smoothie and oftentimes it is maybe 3/4 of an inch from the top on the large I normally don't say anything. But I'm paying for a large it should be receiving a large which is probably missing three or four sips so this time I decided to say something. I say."Could you please give me a full drink . Girl rolled her eyes the girl behind her rolled her eyes. So " I said well this is three or four ships could you please fill it for me "and she said" well the machine not right." I'm just deciding to go somewhere else because the short servings on the smoothies really is starting to add up plus it's irritating.
Fast food made fast and warm with good and satisfied overall service. when you are in a hurry! get in and out with different burgers with combos to satisfy ur hungery stomach. Enjoy!
I cruise McDonald's for breakfast & coffee mostly. Their pancakes are quite good. Coffees are tasty and really help give a boost if driving long distance. French vanilla latte or iced caramel macciato are my usual but regular coffee is good too. The prices are reasonable & service is fast.
They did not know how to take the mobile app code when using the McDonald's app at the drive thru...and they did not have any tea because they didn't want to make any more. The speakers at the drive thru were terrible too.
Me and my boyfriend were walking around town and we had to use the restroom and we’re thirsty, we walked in the lobby (the door was open) and we were immediately yelled at that the lobby was closed. We asked if we could just use the bathroom and all the lady did was repeat herself, which I naturally assumed meant she didn’t hear me so I repeated myself. She then proceeded to yell that the lobby was “f*cking closed.” Several workers were on their phones sitting in the lobby and not behind the counter, which was odd considering they were only doing drive through and had a line wrapped around the building. Customer service is a huge -10/10 and absolutely will not be coming back. Date was April 10th around 6pm. You should really hire better employees, based on previous reviews, the food also sucks.
The girl at the counter on her phone standing in front of the register told me I had to go and use the kiosk.Not going to do it.And you would think with all those people standing around and they don't have to take your order because you must use the kiosk, there could be somebody to clean the bathroom it was atrocious.Attitude is everything and this McDonald's has a real real bad one.

The lines take forever..I always get a ice caramel coffee and turns out cup full with ice.. i came several times so i know who does them...am i buying ice or coffee? Then when I go to the counter they just say " I had to make coffee", yeah! "coffee" not no whole lot of ice in a cup! So it ain't worth the wait nor the cup of ice I didn't even order.. they need to get re-skilled because I know no one will want a whole cup of ice all the way to the top for coffee.. I came so many times to get disappointed of my favorite drink ...
