Excellent menu with a clean place.Service at the counter was worthy and the food was excellent.Not a busy crowd, but none of the area restraints looked busy as we decided it stop.A great potato!
employees denied first phone call and answered the second one with attitude, and then when we went in to get our order, they ignored us for five minutes while looking at us and cussing and laughing. ended up having to ask for service to hand us the one order they had sitting behind the register
This was my first visit. I offered Chicken Chipotle Spud. Potatoe was over cooked, the outside was a bit hard and there was only a couple strips of chicken inside.
I've visited this location twice in the past 30 days. The first time, I got back to my office to find my side was missing. I called the location and was told, "oh we don't have that item today." It would have been nice if someone told me that from the beginning, instead of charging me for it and just hoping I didn't notice or something. Today, I ordered a "just-a-spud" thinking no way they could get that wrong. Got back to the office - no sour cream, no rotel cheese sauce, no butter. I literally got a dry spud with some bacon on it. Of course, I paid for the sour cream and the cheese sauce. I'll never go back here.

EXCELLENT! everything was excellent. Wait staff friendly, the manager was the best they've had in a very long time. I had a salad topped with their chicken salad. Excellent!
The spud was unbelievable. I’m use to a loaded spud max. What I was given was something I’ve never seen at a McAllister’s. The bacon was in strips instead of being in crumbs or small pieces. Barely any ham. A couple olives like they was in a rush. I will never return to this location
Th service was excellent! All of the employees were great. The food was great. We came in close to closing and had everything made quick.
I ordered 3 steak and bacon potatoes and I didn't have my green onions on none of them. My chicken club was great. My fruit bowl didn't have a grape, blue berry or strawberry... it was majority cantaloupe and a few pineapples and I didn't get the topping that it comes with. My food was delivered and it came in time.
The only thing that was disappointing was that I asked for no onions on my salad and got more onions than my husband who didn't customize his salad. But once the onions were out, it was delicious.
