It’s like they half make their pizzas. I got a deep dish pizza from them and the pizza wasn’t even square like deep dish from little ceasars is suppose to be. It wasn’t even full size as well. I also got a thin crust pizza from them and the pepperoni and cheese didn’t go anywhere near the edges like they advertise.
Little Caesars has not been the same since they moved from the other shopping center on Benton road. The service was low grade the lady was confusing orders and doing other things while ordering. The original pepperoni pizza needs to go back down to give dollars. The cheese and pepperoni slid right off the pizza and the pizza is ruined.

In regards to Little Caesars on Shreveport Barksdale Highway Suite 101. Roughly 7pm on Monday 6/13/2022 Just went there and they are completely garbage. Garbage workers and garbage workers. They made a slices and sticks that had so much butter/oil on topped that the pizza was literally soaked and it looked on top of it. I went in and kindly asked if I could have it remade with less butter and Tianna Webb told me NO BECAUSE THATS A PERFECT PIZZA. So I said but I don’t think so and she said I can either get with no butter at all or I can keep the pizza I had. They would not make it less butter she through the $7 pizza in the trash, wouldn’t refund the money and then said I had to call corporate. So now here I am, no pizza, no refund, and butter/oil that has dripped all down my shirt pants. Do NOT do business with this place. She wouldn’t even give me the number for corporate so i could get a refund. That’s called STEALING
0 stars walked in 3 people waiting, i did not order. 1 employee can be seen to the right boxing up pizzas, looked at me and kept going,, made no attempt to acknowledge I walked in or tell anyone, another employee in the back talking to another employee about not being appreciated for coming in and working a double. I stood there for several minutes, no one came to the counter. 2 other customers walked in after I did and I left. Obviously I would have been waiting a long time if I had ordered. This location always struggles when I go. That is the last time I go.
This deserves 0 stars. The darn thing wasn't even cooked. Logan; the cashier must be the reason people go to this place. If cooking pizza is an issue close to closing, just lock the doors. God, I shoulda just went to walmart & bought dough & sauce. ??
Sorest service I have ever had! Ordered online, got confirmation email saying order was ready. Once I got in store I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The pizza wasn’t even cut. We had to tear it apart. Half my order was cold due to them making parts of my order at different times. I would recommend nobody ever go to this location. Absolutely the gross. I watched the guy go from the cashier to cutting pizza to rubbing his face and playing with his non bionary hair.
I placed my order online at 8:48pm and it said it would be ready at 9:15. Well i did go into the store a little bit early, so i had no problem waiting a little bit longer. Well a lady came in after me and placed her order but got her food before me. It was 45 mins or longer before a finally got my food. And when i did get my food, it was cold. And then on top of that the black man at the counter was so rude and hateful. He told a young white man to take over the counter because he couldn't deal with it. I have never in my life been so mad. They were pushing orders out in the wrong manner and its not okay. This is how you lose business. I will not return.
Ordered 2 deep dishes Wednesday night & it was RAW! They were already about to close so there was no point in going back. Tried calling yesterday but no answer. Waste of money for some raw pizza. DON’T go to this place.
Terrible. Hot and ready pizza was more like cold and sitting there too long pizza. And the crazy bread was just crazy pathetic. The only good thing was the cheesy jalapeño dipping sauce.
