Love Love the CHICKEN pot pies when there's chicken in them...The last four pies hubby has purchased on different days no chicken. Went to youree drive location and same thing happened so guess it's time to find a recipe and make my own.

I just purchased a 3 piece wing from the KFC on Benton Road in Bossier City, LA. And I have been there before but will not be going back. I called and spoke to the manager that was on duty around 12:45 pm on 5/25/22. I told her that my chicken was old she told me the chicken was not old they cooked it today. What time today? She told me it's the flour the chicken was cooked in and I was the only one called. Ma'am I may be the only one that called back!! And I said bye ma'am and hung up in her face..cold old chicken been under the heat light..smh
Absolute garbage. Doors locked during open hours for no reason, tried to pick up a mobile order and everything locked. Asked what the heck was going on and was told to wait at the exit for 30 minutes while no other cars were anywhere in the parking lot. Higher more workers and pay your current workers a livable wage!
I just purchased their 8 piece special the chicken was cold and old. The sides were good, and the biscuits. It’s a shame I love kfc but this location is not good to eat at.
Workers were very nice. Ordered 3pc white combo Crispy and a 2 pc white Original combo through the drive thru. Had a craving for fried chicken. The crispy was not crispy and extra extra greasy and the original tasted like it was fried in old grease therefore it did not taste like the KFC original I ate when I was a kid. The craving will never be the same only the memory of grease saturating the box which leaked all over my pants. I went in to get napkins and wash my hands and try to clean the oil off my clothes and almost slide across the floor, someone either mopped the floor with oil and grease or used the kitchen MOP in the front customer dining area. Anyway the workers were nice but everything else is in the review. No more KFC for me.

A little snotty “you didn’t say tenders” after I most certainly did say “tenders”. I guess these people just hate their jobs and their customers. You can pretty much feel it.
The service time isn't the best, but the chicken sandwich is worth the wait. It is a bite of heaven.
