Monday, 7/11/22Good food and friendly service considering it was a lot of us. Theresa was the bomb. She did an outstanding job. Kudos to her ?? She was very attentive and sweet. I left full and happy. Mahalo ????
This was a step back in time. It's been a while since eating at Joe's. So long that I didn't expect the high prices. There was also no lunch menu. I could tell they were short staffed b/c they were putting extra duties on the hostess. I did get this cool cup & the drink inside was good.
I want to start by saying that our server, Jessica, was phenomenal. She was overloaded with tables and she never stopped sprinting. Her service was the only good thing I have to comment on. I hope to see her at a better restaurant. As for Joe's. I've been to other locations in the past and loved it! However... This Joe's... The wait was long, the food was terrible (it tasted like dirty oil and we ate less than half our meal), the price was inflated, and I spent the evening bent over my toilet with tummy pains. I won't be returning.
We ate outside on the patio while our kids played on the playground and our waiter Chase was beyond amazing!!! Chase went above and beyond to make sure our drinks and food were exactly how we wanted. He was extremely personable and had the best hospitality. The food was okay but chase made our experience very worth it. We always appreciate good customer service! Thank you Chase !!!
First off our server was great! Did an excellent job. We live 2 hours away and always want to come to this location whenever we get a chance. It’s been our favorite. We love seafood, especially crab legs. It was not busy, mid afternoon. I got the Cajun steam pot and my husband got the shrimp and seafood ensemble. It was $85 plus tip. I get everybody has a bad day. But since this meal ruined ours I thought I’d share. My steam pot was like leftovers and overcooked. All of it was tough and dry. I didn’t even eat hardly any of my crab legs. That has never happened before. His coconut shrimp was almost burnt. I should have complained but our waitress was working her little tail off. We just paid and left. So very disappointed. What has happened to this establishment and why? I would not recommend eating here, unless some major changes are made, and you just feel like wasting your money!
Took a friend out for her birthday.. Ordered a steam pot. Food was good but lacked seasoning, in my personal opinion, compared to in years past when I would rave about my meal. Nothing special about this dinner for me, unfortunately, but my friend enjoyed her meal. Service was very, very slow also. We ate on the patio.
We unfortunately didn't get to eat there. The hostess tried to seat us at a booth, I asked for a table, could not be seated at a table. There were about 3 families in this restaurant, almost all seated at booths. My husband is 6'5" , a booth is not feasible. We left, and we will not be back. At 5pm no less.
For starters it's Over priced CRAP. Served a NASTY burned bun with thick tasteless chicken breast, and hard to chew. Coconut shrimp platter was a dinky amount ! Not going back...
Restaurant was clean, spacious, and plenty accommodating. My family and I were there for a double birthday celebration dinner. Our party was taken care of by 2 servers, and they were so attentive to ALL of our needs that we decided to tip them $300 to split. We will definitely visit this restaurant again.
This was awful. Took my 3 kids with us to eat remind you they ate off the kids menu. We paid over $100 for horrible food and service. To be honest I should have refused to pay for the meal. My chicken strips were burnt and tasted like fish. Like how do you go wrong with chicken strips. The kids food was cold and not tasty at all and how do you go wrong with pasta and a burger? We only went because we’ve heard it was good. That must have been before the pandemic because it’s awful today. Don’t waste your money.
