I have gone here 3 times to pick up my husband's food for him and every single time I've gone the ladies are sitting down at the tables on there phone. I go up to the counter and they are walking up to the counter on their phone. I stand there and they say nothing just looking at their phones. I have to say something after I already said hello as soon as I walk in the door and they say nothing. When I say I'm here to pick up an order they look at me and say what's the name with an attitude like I'm bothering them. I will not be back and I will be calling corporate office tomorrow morning.
One of my favorite places to go if I’m looking for something quick and consistent! Have ordered here several times over the past 3 years and I’ve never had an issue with the food or service.Super nice staff! There were a couple of times I forgot to order Kickin Ranch on the side and they would toss it in for free!
I love eating here. We never have problems with our orders. We get our sandwiches quickly every single time. We’ve eaten here over ten times in the past year or two. Occasionally there are less than model employees being too loud or goofing off, but hey, I had a first job once, too.

16 bucks for them to make my sandwich incorrect twice I want my money back ended up giving it away to a homeless person

LOVE Jimmy Johns, but the staff lately... my order is always wrong.. jimmy it up, they leave it plain. Add onions, they jimmy it up! Half the time they ask me what it is I'm ordering and it's evident there's been 0 training. I now have to watch them make the sandwich and interrupt when they screw it up. I don't usually complain, but every single time.. it's frustrating.
First time at this location and I must say that I found this place an enjoyable experience! Very clean and my order was ready for pick up as soon as I arrived. Great service from the staff! Keep up the great work!
