My pancakes were crunchy on one side and not completely done on the other. Hash browns were great. Great staff and hygiene otherwise.
Food was good but I paid $3 for chocolate milk and didn’t get it, I asked for utensils and didn’t get it. Somehow there was also a fly in my hash brown container i don’t know if it was from being outside. The person delivering didn’t ring the doorbell and I didn’t get a text saying it was there. I also ordered chocolate pancakes that are all brown but I got the normal kind with chocolate chips which is a bummer :(
This is the second time we've been to this location and they have had the same pleasant and efficient service and food each time. The servers are attentive and the food is fresh and really good.
Me and my hubby walked into the Airline Drive location in Bossier City..the hostess greeted us by saying "We are not talking anymore dine ins" Not Hello how can I help you? Sad customer service
Manager Meeka the worst, no customer service, rude and very unpolite . My order was Uber Eats take out, almost $80 worth of food not delivered. It's the IHop & delivery person's responsibility to make sure the order picked up correctly. But my daughter went there only to have Meeka try to give her the cold food that's been sitting for over an hour in bags. Poor experience, would not go back tTh owner needs to implement customer rvtrainings to the rude manager and staff. Ridiculous 0 stars!! Rancid eggs, old bacon, cardboard pancakes. EAT here at your own risk.. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!
Service was absolutely fantastic. The small coffee pots for each table was well thought out, especially considering we still live in COVID times.
Lack of transparency....They have a virtual restaurant called " Thrilled Cheese". It does not say it is IHOP. Sandwiches were expensive . Not one sandwich was under $10.00. Ten of us coworkers ordered through Uber Eats at this Thrilled Cheese sandwich shop. We had no idea it was IHOP using a virtual shop for orders. We found out because the UBER driver was having a hard time finding the sandwich shop. It is IHOP. The sandwiches were not Thrilled Cheese with Thrill Sauce.....Displeased Cheese. The sandwiches were OK.
Food was ?? they only had 1 waitress and they had quite a few tables, she did a good job in my opinion!
What a wonderful experience!! The server made our day with her positive attitude and she took care of us like we were family. Next time we are in Bossier we will definitely come to this IHOP. Thanks Michele for your outstanding service and attitude!! The food was delicious also!!
With the current state of our economy and the society we live in now days, I can understand understaffing issues, however to be blatantly rude is not understandable! You ma'am are the front line of that business, you asked me when I walked through the door how you could help me, I simply responded we are a party of 7! Your response (in a very rude tone) was...30-45 minute wait! Um hello, there was one other table in the building, and 2 to go customers, and ma'am, I can clearly see the 7 employees standing behind you! But it's ok, I will take my hard earned money elsewhere!
