The staff here are great! What an amazing experience! We stayed at a hotel close by and I gave my wife breakfast in bed!
Positives- The actual food was good and our server was friendly. Negatives- I ordered my 5 year old two blueberry pancakes a la carte which they charged us $7.99 for plus an upcharge of 2.89 because they were blueberry (??). So basically each of her pancakes cost over $5. A short stack should only be in the five-dollar range anyway, and she didn’t even have 3. They did not change the ticket when we pointed this out. I have scoured the menu and can make no sense of this. My husband was also charged for a coffee when only I ordered coffee. He doesn’t even drink coffee, maybe had one sip. We didn’t push because we had our two small kids with us and needed to leave. Second negative IHOP experience we have had in Louisiana.
We had a great experience at this location! Lance was our server and the best! Great personality from the get go! Food was amazing! Restaurant was very clean. I would definitely recommend this ihop! Thank you Lance for the great service!!
Like others I also was served raw chicken...unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before we made the decision to dine here. Extremely slow and understaffed, appeared one guy was doing everything while everyone else was sitting around on thier phones. Usually IHOP is decent but certainly not this one ✌️
Service was a bit slow and we had to wait a bit for drinks, eating utensils, etc. yet not too terrible. The food arrived in a timely manner. Food was good. The customer service was EXCELLENT!

It was decent. The food was very slow to arrive to me, but that’s the fault of management for not paying their workers more and being short handed. If iHop management would pay workers a living wage, in a pandemic, people might work there.Anyway, our server (I think his name was Ryan, that’s what my check said), was really awesome. He took care of us and didn’t mind that I took forever to order. I’m very indecisive. It sucks that a couple parties left because of slow food service, so I made up in tips for Ryan by tipping 50%. I hope it helped some. The workers honestly deserve to be treated way better than they are. No, didn’t hear any complaints from the workers, but you can tell they were short staffed.Also a worker was rude when we came in, shoving past my mother who was holding my 14 month old daughter in order to get in the building. That was concerning.Food was good, bacon could’ve been crispier but oh well. It was decent and better than eating at McDonalds.Props to Ryan, he deserves a raise.
No wonder this place is getting bad reviews. Walked by and saw this uncleaned table from the sidewalk at 6 pm...they closed at noon...flys buzzing around the leftover food. Apparently they don't clean the restaurant before going home. A rule of thumb when I worked in the restaurant business was, if the restaurant didn't care about how dirty the dining area that the customer can see think how bad the kitchen is that the customer can't see.
I've tried this place twice cause I thought I would give them a second chance. First encounter we were the only ones in the restaurant and it took an hr to get our food which was not correct when we got it. Tried to go back today and after 10 min of waiting with servers walking around the place and talking and only 3 people at tables we finally left. Went around the corner to Joe's crab shack and it is backed so no wonder IHOP doesn't have customers. Won't waste my time with this one again.
ZERO STARS!! Waited to be seated for almost 15 min, which was long enough for me to notice how dirty the place is. I will NOT go back there. Disgusting! Only about 1/4 of the tables had customers sitting, but almost ALL the tables were full of dirty dishes. The floors were horrible; paper, wrappers, smashed food, etc….Definitely NOT my kind of environment to enjoy dining. Wish I had taken a couple pics to post with this review.Wife agreed, we felt kinda dirty just being inside there.Save yourself the misery, go somewhere else.
