Food is decent, service is questionable. Wife just drove 30 mins into town and back just to get me a gumbo and cornbread. She was charged for both but all that was in the bag was the gumbo. It's not worth another hour round trip, but I don't really eat gumbo without cornbread, so that's $25 (plus a tip) out the door. The person at the counter was also snarky. Probably won't be going here again.
best burgers ever. shrimp Po boy amazing. just about everything they have is good
My first time visiting here. after Son bought a plate it was delicious enough serving for later myself and for Tonight . The business was very clean the staff very polite helping me to decide what I wanted after I described what I wanted . A great selection of Cajun foods, plus desserts and at good prices . I will make this my eating spot . Cajun Food, Gumbo, Crawfish, Shrimp, fried or grill catfish I just love it. Thank you
UPDATE!!!! I spoke with the manager and they have "decorated" it with food coloring for Mardi gras. It didn't look like Mardi gras colors but I'm happy to know it was not mold.I'm really not one to post reviews on stuff like this but this is ridiculous. I went and got my daughter red beans rice and sausage and cornbread since it was spirit night for her school. The cornbread had mold on it.
Food and service was excellent! Minus the sausage/chciken gumbo... I think too much sassafras seasoning was used and it tasted like dirt soup...
The po boys are hearty and filling while tasting awesome. Gumbo is also really good. You can have most of Louisiana's staple foods here in one restraunt!
The fries with etouffee covering and the fried crawtails on top of it was the best. F ried crawtails we're great too. The chef salad with fried shrimp and fried crawtails was to die for. service was great. I couldn't finish my beer I was so full and still wanted more.
The best atmosphere I have ever been in. The food is to die for and seasoned just right. I fell in love with this restaurant and will be a forever customer. Smiling faces and friendly service.
Good food and good people. I got the fried oyster poboy and a bowl of crawfish ettoufee, crawfish was a bit overcooked, but still had great flavor.
The best catfish po boy I’ve ever had. This is definitely the place to go for delicious Cajun food.
