Nasty use to be great but like every other place they messed around with the ingredients now it sucks overpriced to
great burgers. decent prices. fast n friendly
My sister placed an order for me a double meat cheese burger with lettuce and mayo only! The manager John or Jon took the order! She noticed people who had come in after her was getting their orders and leaving! She approached the counter and said that she had been waiting for more than 15 minutes and had not received her order! So, they fixed an order and when I inspected the burger it had tomatoes, onions and the ends of the pickle that appeared to be paper or plastic! So I called back to the Griff's Hamburger and ask to speak to the manager! I spoke with said manager John and I'm not sure if that was a lady or a man, but she told me to bring the receipt back and they would replace the order! Well after asking my sister if she had the receipt she told me that they did not give her one! I tried to call back and they refused to answer the phone! Well, I don't know what's going on but that's bad business! I guess I'll tell my friends, family, social media friends, church members and acquaintances about our experience and start a campaign to not spend our hard earn money there! If that's all I can get for customer satisfaction, then it is what it is! ? Griff's on Old Minden Road!??
I get it, its a dang good burger. Thoroughly enjoyed it and glad I finally tried it. Will be coming back for sure.
Around 4:30 pm Slow service, there was a piece of bone in my hamburger meat the size of a tooth. I watched the lady taking orders turned around while she wasn't busy and put her hand did I say hand in the fries and eat them.
WONDERFUL small burger restaurant!? Great for a late night eat. Opened until midnight! Old fashioned hamburgers & shakes.
Please update your menu online. It has the wrong prices. When I got to this restaurant to order, the prices were higher. My wife liked them fish sandwich that I got for her.Please pressure wash the outside of your building and the sidewalk leading into the restaurant.This is a great place to get a meal, just please make it a little more attractive to walk up. I don't know how the inside is, because I went through the drive thru, but the inside looks like it needs a little updating also.A lot of times, those hole in the wall places have the best food.
Explain to me how ya get a hair 1ft long in a burger on accident? I was nothing but polite to the drive through worker because I know that they handle my food. I eat at griffs all the time but that will change. Maybe asking for a second order because I went to eat lunch with a coworker? I do not recommend.
Had to get a 20 ounce shake because they were out of 16 ounce cups. Best burger in town!
