My first visit i gave a 5 ⭐️..The best burger I've had in a long time. The wheat bun is delicious! Had to wait a bit but it was so worth it. HOWEVER The most recent visit was not so great... the burger was still amazing! BUT the restaurant was nasty, out of condiment cups, soft drink machines were not working, and no tea. The floors were oddly sticky, which for carpet is really gross. Not to mention they locked the doors at 8:40 when they are suppose to be open til 9pm. That's not right. The photo I added was the outdoor patio as we were leaving.
The service at this location was awful. The staff & cooks were yelling across the restaurant to another employee, laughing and cutting up. After an hour passed and we still have not received our food I ask how much longer. Not long after me asking our order was out and incorrect. I told them if they wouldn't have been flirting and acting upand doing there job, it would not be wrong! Then cashier got mouthy with me. Still yelling after i sat down. Also, The condiments and Lettuce were both empty. Bad experience for sure!
First arriving the windows were nasty then when we got ready to sit down there were old plates of food from the previous guest, we had to get someone to come clean the tables and sweep and they barely did that seats were torn up, the window I sat next to had used napkins and dead flies, flies were everywhere, the drink machine they had was very ran down they had knocked off buttons and all the drinks were horrible. Once we got the food we had to ask for ketchup all the condiment stations were nasty there was no ice with flies in the pickle container. We spent over $60 for a family of 5 and I feel like it was most definitely not worth it
If you want a delicious and juicy burger cooked the way you want, order one here. You have medium, medium-well, and well done options. My bacon cheeseburger was cooked well-done and was so juicy! Fixings are available to create your fav burger. The fries are also great!
Well for a 1st time experience.. heard good things about it but wasn't too great.Out of many items . No Ice for drinks .. I had to put the nozzle back on the fountain drink to get rootbeer.Dining room was smoky like the fryers didn't have vents.On top of that the a/c wasn't working or it wasn't cooling properly.The picture shows the haze of the smoke in the sun light.
Unprofessional staff talking about their personal lives using colorful language, place was choked with smoke from the stove or fryers, no ice for any drinks and the place was a mess inside and out. Hours on website said closed at 9 PM but actually closed at 7 PM while we were there. On the bright side, the food was good but I'm fairly certain we won't be back.
No. 1 doesn't update luqiud machine no.2 drinks,I nearly puked in my lap it was HORRIBLE no.3after the second bite all he'll broke loose,my stomach hurt so bad I was on the hours. No.4 almost all food aspects of this place sucks.
Extraordinarily unprofessional staff cussing about their personal lives in front of families with children while customers are waiting for service. Will not be revisiting. We wanted to eat as a family not experience a very bad family atmosphere. Tho cook was the one bright point respectful, friendly, and attentive.
Nachos were good, hamburger 3 cheese was good... the atmosphere is okay. Not a bad place to go to. Cheers
Very dirty the day I went and did not even come close to a "world famous burger". I'm not a picky person, I love food and will eat just about anything, but I would have rather eaten at McDonald's, that is not an exaggeration. More bun than burger and fixings and not much flavor. Gave 3 stars instead of 2 because I know everyone is different and maybe it just wasn't for me.
