Frozen coffee machine always down, rude employees, used to love Dunkin but service has gotten so bad
The Stuff Bagel Minnis are so warm and creamy inside busting with flavor. And the Mango pineapple lemonade refresher really did refresh my thirst there employees where so nice and helpful with menu item questions especially the guy with the beard
Mallory who works here was so kind, respectful, and patient. One of the best customer service we've ever seen!
I come to this Dunkin almost daily, use to be such fast service. I'm currently in the drive thru and have been here for 15 minutes. The service is slow and the girl who takes your orders is rude.
Old/Stale donut and didn’t even attempt to stir my iced coffee. Save your money. This Dunkin Sucks.

Just left South Bossier Dunkin. Listened to employee complaining about drive-thru and lack of workers. Manager stood around doing nothing. Ordered 1 bacon wrap and 2 sausage wraps and got 4 bacon wraps. We were the only customers inside. Needs new management, badly. We will go to McDonalds from now on.
Went there a few times... Service was fast and mostly friendly... But I was honestly frustrated when a donut shop runs out of glazed donuts and you order the pancakes but they don't give you any syrup... I mean how does that work? Either way, is go back if I'm ever in the area again. Just need to go early I guess before they run out of donuts and syrup...
I started going to this location last year. I have watched it go from great to very poor. The drinks and staff used to be so good. They’re staff was quicker and more friendlier. The drinks were made right. Now it just sucks. Every time I go the line is wrapped around the building because they’re taking forever on orders or pulling people up. I’m giving them 3 stars because I know they can do so much better. I’ve limited my morning stops there and just make coffee at home. I tried it today and it wasn’t bad so I know it has to be a reflection on some of their crew members.
