The Buffalo Chicken pizza was so good. The kids loved their cheese pizza. We added extra sauce and cheese. Will definitely order from here again.

I rarely ever write reviews, but I saw the need to do so today. I guess you can say this isn’t a review of the pizza, only a specific employee. My daughter likes their pizza and hasn’t had issues the 2 times she’s been there. One guy working there seems like a super nice genuine person who keeps a smile on his face. But the other guy was as rude as can be. His terrible customer service wasn’t even directed at me but it made me sick to watch. A lady was asking for a box for her to go order and the guy was arguing with her like a child and being really rude rather than politely stating “Unfortunately we have to charge extra for a box due to cost.”. The rudeness and immaturity of this grown man astounded me. I really hope the owner fires him so this pizza place has a chance. And if that was the owner (which I have a hard time believing someone with that terrible customer service could own a restaurant) but if so, we will not be going back.

Had a doordash order they had it ready on arrival!! This is always the case here definitely a big fan of their friendly prompt staff!! They also threw in a slice for me today!! Great pizza with friendly quick service!! Thank you

The pizza is ok. Nothing special. I do like the size personal pizzas they offer however the pizza honestly didn't WOW me.

I went to try this place yesterday and it was a very good decision. The young ladies working were very kind and helpful. I didn’t have to wait very long and the pizza was very good as well as fresh.

Horrible customer service! My daughter and her friends were treated awful. They ordered a 14" cheese pizza and 4 fountain drinks. They waited 45mins for their pizza because the male owner forgot to put in the order. Then when another customer wasn't there to pick up their drinks (fresh lemonade) he offered it to them. The female owner came out to the table and accused them of stealing the lemonade and asked them to pay. My daughter explained he gave them the lemonade and they thought it was because they had a long wait for their food. But to keep peace she paid $15 for the 2 lemonades. I went to speak with them because I thought that was unfair and they would not have done that if they were adults. When I went up there. She acted like she wasn't the owner and had to get the manager. The guy who was at the counter when I walked up came back out and said hi. I said are you the manager. He said I'm the owner and she is the other owner. I explained to him why I was up there. He first tried to deny they had to wait 45 mins for their pizza then said he didn't forget he just got busy doing other stuff as if that was better. He said he didn't offer the drinks they just came up there and took them. My question to him was if you took their order you knew they didn't order the lemonade why would you give it to them. Again he used his lack of memory as an excuse. But somehow remembered everything else including the male ethnic name he threw out as the person who actually ordered the drinks. The customers who ordered the drinks however were 3 caucasian teenagers who came back a couple minutes later. But he had already given the drinks to my african american daughter and her Mexican female friend. He didn't ask for a name for my daughter's order so that makes me question why the name would even be a point for him to say to me. At the end of the conversation I said just keep the $15 and my daughter would not be allowed to patronize his business. I see someone else has commented on rude customer service. Just so we are clear my daughter paid in cash. Shame on them ?

Really good pizza and great customer service 10/10 recommend. They were so sweet and helpful.

The pizza was amazing and the dough is seasoned so it gives an extra flavor to the pizza! Also has healthy options of cauliflower crust or no dough bowl! If you love Alfredo sauce it is here and amazing!

I drove from El Dorado, AR to try Dough Boys Pizza! I know that El Dorado don’t have many options BUT the pizza I had today in Pierre Bossier Mall was amazing! The service was great!! I wish I had taken a pic of the pizza I got but it was so good I just started eating it and wasn’t thinking about a picture! If you’re in the area, check them out for yourself!

"Closed early" by 4:30pm on national pizza day is a bad way to start a business. Your social media posts should have reflected this drastic change after making a post 4hrs prior. Maybe next time I decide to eat there it will convince me to improve this rating. If you manage to stay open long enough. Being available during your posted open hours is a bigger benefit than you seem to recognize.Edit: (the following week) once again there is no answer to my phone calls after 4pm and no availability for online ordering suggesting they are closed early again. Not gonna waste my gas/time to try in person like last time. I'll just have to take business to a local company that doesn't treat a "brick and mortar" restaurant like its a food truck. Your hours are listed as 11am-8pm. Your lack of interest in maintaining the business should be reflected by your posted hours.
