A positive unique cali-mex experience in a small Air Force town packed with tex-mex restaurants. This place is hidden from the crowd, but right across the street and up the street from huge mexican restaurants that can't match the quality of this place. The margaritas are made with freshly squeezed lime juice. The tacos are made with freshly made tortillas and the El Dorado fish tacos were so beautiful & tasty, I had to take a picture of them. I highly recommend!

My most favorite place to eat in Bossier City. Even though I do not live there anymore. Every trip back home I eat those amazing fish tacos!

This place is it's own cuisine. Definitely a must if you are in the area.

I should have known better. You don’t order the gumbo if you aren’t in South Louisiana, and you don’t go for TexMex if you aren’t in Texas. To start with you don’t sit down and order with a server. You order at the counter like a fast food joint so you’re rushed to pick out what looks good. I had 3 shrimp tacos, guacamole, black beans, a fountain soda, and a slice of key lime pie for dessert. With the tip my bill was $45.00! They still want a tip because they have to actually carry your order 20 feet to your table apparently. You have to tip before you know how your service and food is going to be. To start the chips were stale and kind of rubbery. My shrimp tacos were awful. The shrimp was overcooked, rubbery, bland, tasted like old fish, and the corn tortillas were cold and tough like they just came out of the package. Yuck. I expected the black beans to be whole beans since there was the option for refried beans as well. Wrong was I. It was a giant bowl of, I guess, refried black beans? I don’t know who could down a bowl of that goo. The guacamole was ok even though the chips were stale. The key lime pie wasn’t bad (wasn’t great). The employees were friendly. My opinion of the place is overpriced, poor quality, gringo-fied Tex-Mex. Definitely won’t ever be back.

Positively the best frozen margarita in my life. The baja sunset has fresh mango, lime and cactus pear (the magenta colored) puree on the top with a blue sugar rim. This margarita is prettier served in a glass, but it was happy hour and I got a double size in a foam cup for the price of one. I gladly accepted the double in the foam cup. Don't miss happy hour here!

Exceptional service, friendly staff, great food and very clean and enjoyable atmosphere. We will def be back!!

We were looking for a sit down restaurant environment. We almost left as this is a little different. SO GLAD WE STAYED!The staff is absolutely fantastic! Helpful, kind, and friendly!!! The food....so darned good!!! The tortillas are made in house and to order! The salsa is made in house and so good! The queso....made from scratch-NOT processed!!! The burritos are HUGE!! The whole family was impressed and left very happy!Hands down the BEST and FRESHEST restaurant we have had in a while!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!

Wonderful food and great service. We got there 30 minutes before they were closing early on a Sunday, but we never felt rushed. The chips and salsa were good too. But warning, the chips are not unlimited without added cost like most places. Would definitely return.

New chip policy is going to drive away many customers. You expect 3 people to share one very small basket of chips and then pay $4 for each additional small basket? Good luck with that. There are plenty of other great Mexican restaurants in town that give unlimited free chips. Your business won’t last long with these types of policies. Very poor management decision.

Good salsa cheese dip but pricey...my baja chicken salad was beautiful but greens tasted like musty or something ..service was good but you walk up order and then they bring it to u...
