I ordered for delivery and was not disappointed! The food came quickly and my order was accurate. It was obvious everything was made freshly and I enjoyed my dinner!I highly recommend downloading the app to earn rewards and use their coupons!

Order experience was the same. Food was good as usual. But the guy at the counter was super rude. I tried to give him a 50 dollar bill on an almost 40 dollar tab. He told me he wasn't allowed to break that before I could even hand it to him??? I mean, it's only 10 dollars back. And the funny thing is I was gonna just tell him to keep the change but the way he said it was so rude and condescending, I just paid card instead. I'm tired of tipping rude employees. I told him I was gonna tip in cash but he can't break it. ?‍♀️ Just be nicer. Just because you say ma'am doesn't change your attitude.

Place was very close to my apartment complex. I will not be returning. Employee slammed the window door in my face and told me I could not speak with manager. Manager didn’t even apologize for employees actions. I am very disappointed with the customer service at this store . Stay away ! Oh fyi you do get a dipping sauce when you order wing. I paid also for two additional sauces . Double checked with Shreveport location! I would love for higher management to reach out to me .

I ordered a large pizza and it was great. I did a pick up order.

Pretty much what you would expect, tastes good, is done quickly, and the service is adequate.Strangely enough, even though nobody behind the counter is wearing gloves or masks, they want customers to. So I just went through the drive through window (which is how I saw the lack of masks and gloves).

Worst Domino's pizza I ever ate. If I wouldn't have picked it up myself, I would have sworn someone switched my pizza with one from a random buffet place

Customer service was extremely POOR thanks to “MIKE”. He answered the phone normally cool, but once I started speaking like I was prompted to it was “Ill need you to hold on a second because I’m with another customer”. Which is fine but YOU answered the phone and instructed ME to speak. Once I told him a previous problem I had he constantly rudely interrupted me before I could get everything out. I told him the last time I ordered there was little to no barbecue sauce on my wings and I was requesting that a little more is added or to have them tossed. “We don’t toss, we don’t have a way to toss”. Okay can I request extra? “Yeah it’ll be an additional $2” Okay awesome, go ahead & add it, I paid online already. “You’ll have to give me your card info again over the phone”. It’s more of HOW he said it and his tone vs what was actually said. You’re not that busy on a Tuesday night to be so short and mean.

Placed a big order on line as usual for delivery. Apparently the store was unable to contact me via cell phone as number changed but it was fro delivery to Bossier Emergency Hospital. Due to the fact that an employee could not reach me, my order was cancelled. My order had been paid for on line and never before had my order been cancelled or questioned or was I tried to be contacted, prior I would place my order, pay for it and it was delivered. A Co-worker tried to replace the order and was told due to this, this address was now being listed as suspicious activity due to an out of state phone number. I am a travel paramedic so of course I am going to have a out of state number, We were told this Dominos would not deliver to this address, This is Bossier Emergency Hospital so We have given alot of business to this Dominos. Alot of business will be lost. Poor customer service !!

Terrible!!! I ordered 3 hours in advance!! I needed 12 pizzas!!! The so called manager of course didn’t give her name called to tell me they couldn’t do the order bc she was the only one there and already had over 100 orders. When I asked to speak to a manger bc I order a lot from this establishment she rudely said you are talking to the manager and when I asked for someone to call me who’s higher up than her bc this was not ok she proceeded to tell me she was sorry she was canceling the order and hung up on me!! So rude, very unprofessional!!!! I sure hope someone from corporate or the owner sees this! They need to call me and discuss this further as this is not how you treat a customer who orders in large quantities all the time for you!!!
