If you live in Shreveport close to Youree Dr. and you want Dominos please do not waste your time . The next closest Dominos in that area is bossier I highly highly suggest choosing this location if your able it's the only one I recommend these guys are always on point with everything and are true to there word as well. Keep up the great job guys you are very appreciated for your hard work and dedication.
Okay I'm biased I've worked for Domino's Pizza since 1987. This particular store is always been well run as it is the pilot store for Shreveport bossier and training center. However it's a moment it's manager is Mike Barber who has also worked for Domino's forever and it's exceptionally well run I had a nice time talk to him for a minute picked up my pizzas they were great thank you Mike ?
every time we have gotten a order from them it’s been pretty much perfect. Yes sometimes they mess up a order but they quickly fix it or give us credit. They have a great team working here too.
My driver( I forgot to get his name) was straight gave me details when I asked questions. Give that guy a promotion ASAP & and if he manager already train him for a promotion immediately
Ordered pizza, was advised 15 minutes later, via email that my order was cancelled. No reason given. Tried to call as instructed and I was hung up on 3 times before speaking to anyone. Ring, ring…. Then and end signal. Don’t order here, they are not interested in making money or having custom service.
This is the only pizza place that delivers on base, yet whomever the designated person to deliver is never there. Find someone else. If I was able to pick it up, then I would. Someone just hung up on me because I asked to schedule a delivery when he/she gets there. Literally so disappointed with the service and the lack of resources. Do better.

They deliver promptly. It has been cold twice. But usually, they are prompt and you get what you ordered and it is warm & ready to eat! This is a very busy store. And calling in an order takes patience. They can be rude via phone. But delivery persons have always been polite. I use them 2-3 times per month!
