Can't go lower than one star. I can't speak to tge food, because the staff are too rude and feel it appropriate to laugh and make fun of their customers for asking questions about the menu. Avoid this location
Haven't been here in years, was VERY DISAPPOINTED. Tried to contact the business (8 calls) with no answer. Food wasn't even room temperature. Burger was dry, meat was hard and rubbery. My fries were cold and old. Thought I had gotten a quick dinner, but the worst part is that I had to get food from somewhere else. No pride in the food they serve. Will not be returning there EVER!!
This used to be a good restaurant, but now they can't seem to get orders right. Not to mention it seemed like our food had been sitting in a warming bin for too long.
First, the DQ didn't have Bananas, now, the ONLY DQ in Bossier City does NOT have Ice cream???? Get your act together Dairy Queen or shut the place down!
I hadn't had DQ in a long time and was craving an ice cream cone. So many of the local stores have closed it was good to find this one still open. Downside was that two plain medium cones cost over $14.00!
Posting this because of the new twist it tastes as good as it looks. DQ was on point today with the A1 burger. I just wish there was one closer to my house. I guess it's more special when you have to go get it.
We thought we would enjoy a blizzard this evening. When we arrived we were ignored. It took almost 10min for someone to take our order, then we waited 40 min for someone to even speak to us to ask why we were waiting. At that point we asked for a refund. AMAZING!!!! I don’t think we’ll ever recommend or ever be customers there again. I would not even rate this store with one star
Good service and got food in an orderly manner. Atmosphere was a bit....aggressive. coworker imbalance.
Had some issues getting ice cream and/or chocolate to harden on dip comes. Took a few minutes to wait for 2 cones. We ate them but hope it's better next time.
Food and service were good but my wife went to use the ladies room and it was trashed and clogged toilets. The restroom was absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.
