Anyone can make a mistake, but the lady at cold stone went above and beyond to make up for it,so that is way she gets 5 stars ?
I walked in and there were about 5 to 6 people working, there’s no one else in line just me and my kids so I waited and waited for about 3-4 minutes and none of these teenagers greeted us or asked may I help you? I told them are you guys going to help us?? They just looked at each other with smirk on their faces, won’t be going back.
Staff was nice, patient with the kids and had smiles on their faces!
The workers here are very, very friendly they always greet you with a smile and they are ready to make your amazing order. I want to personally shout out 3 employees that are amazing to me every time I come, and that’s the manager he is amazing and his hair color is too & a set of twin girls omg they ALWAYS make sure I’m done right and they take special care of my request every time I come ?! The whole crew is by far fantastic and I hope to continue to get great service every time I come ?, thank you guys keep up the amazing work!!!
Made a special trip here for funnel cakes....NO!No longer served. Give it up.got 1 scoop in a dipped waffle cone.$7 for the scoop, $2 for the waffle cone.Got a LARGE smoothie, which was a 16oz cup of mostly solid ice cubes with a splash of fruit puree, and a tablespoon of berries for.....$7.If the taste was more than average, or anything I would rate it more.I gave 2 stars purely on how nice the service was.

My favorite ice cream joint in Shreveport/Bossier City since high school. Fun atmosphere and consistent.
We were rushed. I was asked three times if I was ready to order when the people in front of me have not ordered yet. It was awkward. When it was our turn she didn’t take one order and make it and add what you wanted while asking. She made you tell her what you wanted all together and then she made it all at the same time. So my ice cream was wrong of course, nobody can remember all of that. Ok here you go please pay and get out. Bye. Lol that’s pretty much how it goes. The bathroom is very disgusting. I’m assuming they don’t have time to clean it or use it for that matter because it wasn’t usable at the time it was so gross. That place was sad lol but the ice cream was good. It melted before I got to eat it so I trashed it but it taste good. Even though they did make it wrong lol They were using gloves and masks and the ice cream station was clean. So it definitely could have been worst.
Ice cream is fresh, flavors made in front of you and fresh. Workers could have been a little nicer.
