Extremely efficient and kind service..Would have liked chicken a bit fresher..My White meat ribbed meat was good but my chicken leg was a bit dry ?..I like their chicken

Great customer service, friendly staff, but the food wasn't fresh, tenders were cold and rubbery, biscuit burnt, fries old, items left off order and soda was flat. Definitely WON'T be returning. No one takes pride in what they're serving anymore.

Ain't gone even lie food was good that darn okra was hot and that's not always but that bird omg good. Manager working the window was very nice even being short handed she was very friendly. I saw that the smokehouse was back YES so I will be there for it atleast once a week ?

Chicken tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil. Maybe not burned but over used.

Best chicken ever a d their biscuits melt in your mouth topped with honey. Mmmmm. However a bit pricey.

Employees were nice but I got the tenders and shrimp. The shrimp was overcooked, hard and like rubber. The tenders were about the same. Not as good as Haughton's Churches.

The older woman working drive through should teach a class on customer service. She provided that chick fil a/Raising Canes style service and speed. Good Job Church's! Pay this lady to stay! She was awesome!

Chicken wasn't cooked all the way ,not good customers service I couldn't take my food back cause I was heading to work so I didn't eat thank u guys

Great biscuits but the manager needs to give them more corn to cook..beyond ridiculous

This place had used the pandemic to essentially go lazy. The doors areRandomly locked, forcing you to go through the drive through, which is so slow you are just trapped in your car for 30 minutes to an hour. “Close enough” seems to be their standard for service, and fixing the usual screwed up order is impossible because you can’t even walk in. It’s an embarrassment to the Church’s name. This used to be our go-to chicken place, but now we just avoid it.
