Definitely not a great experience. Alot of games were broken and took token points though they didnt work. Food not that great. Loved how they do have some off the good oldy games like skee ball and love how they have toddler rides but was disappointed that the climbing gym with ball pit was gone. First visit to this one so hopefully its not all of them. Some associates were nice while others were pretty distant and not approachable
One of the cleanest chuck e cheese I been to friendly staff very helpful, prices was great, food was great as well, I will be coming bacc...
Ok so now Chuck e cheese has a card system for tokens and tickets, that's cool, but you only get one chance per game. And food is more expensive but do like the add-ons you can add. Word of advise don't buy the most tokens on the cards, it takes along time to use them up,in one visit.
On two separate occasions we’ve been in Chuck E. Cheese and the service is horrible. August we celebrated my nieces birthday with a reserved party, the host’s attitude was rude and lacked enthusiasm considering she was hosting a birthday party for a two year old. My sister was left doing the work that the hostess is being paid to do. Today it’s the same rudeness from staff. Today we celebrated my nephews birthday party although the host was a bit more pleasant I witnessed her send one of our party guest to the front to order a pizza when typically the host takes the orders at the table. I went and placed an order for a salad bar and was told there was no more eggs, something in my spirit told me that was a lie. Shortly afterwards my sister goes to order pizza and miraculously they have eggs on the salad bar. My sister orders a ham pizza with pineapple. The worker from the back comes out to announce there is no ham and truth was they had ham but didn’t want to prep the ham. So my sister gets her pizza with the ham they supposedly didn’t have but now my cousin receives her pizza without ham and is again told they don’t have ham. I then request a manager because lying about what they don’t have to get out of doing a job you’re being paid for is absurd. I explain to my sisters I don’t understand why they keep coming in here paying money for mediocre services and let’s be clear the amount of money we spend in this place isn’t worth the service we’ve received on either occasion. Don’t want to work sit at home!!! Need to hire people with attitudes that reflect working with children and families.
Probably the best ChuckEcheese I’ve been to in a while. they had a lot of games to choose from and pizza was really good I highly recommend stopping here
My kids love it. The service is slow, they messed up our order, I had to ask for it to be fixed and to be compensated for my time waiting for our food, but when they did they definitely made it up to me. We take our kids here every birthday. But a couple of machines weren't putting out tickets and they had somebody fixing those.
I took my kids during spring break. It wasn't packed at the time that we went. The majority of the games were working.I always hear people saying that Chuck E Cheese has the best pizza; don't go in with high expectations.
We had our son's 6th birthday party here. The host was very helpful and made sure the party was a hit. Very reasonably priced for the value.
Absolutely amazing time. Alot of the machines. Would take ur coins. And then some. Say tickets. And give u nothing.... but staff. Was so nice.. n helpful
Chuck E Cheese was great. The pizza is still very good. It was fun to see kids run from Chuck E.
