Multiple times i’ve wanted to eat here but they always have a sign up saying they’re not accepting cash unless you have exact change. Idk why it’s so hard for them to be able to give you change. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Top notch customer service and excellent food. Super friendly from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh and the staff worked together well. The manager, Abby, was awesome. I noticed her training her staff as well as helping customers on the line all with a smile. 5 stars for sure.
I love chipotle. I read the reviews and risked it and went here. The staff was friendly and quick. The meats where cooked right and the portions where regular sized as a typical chipotle. The only negative was they were our if white rice, and I had to have brown rice. This was an hour before close so I understand why they were out.
Usually order through Uber Eats Pickup and they seem to get my order right 75% of the time. Have had frequent issues where items were missing. There was one particular instance where I arrived early and a worker announced they needed more steak to the kitchen. I then watched her scoop whatever tiny portion was left and fill my order which originally was for a double portion of steak. Thankfully I got Uber Eats to refund me for that particular order.Otherwise seems like a great restaurant if you are ordering in person. Only reason I kept ordering from here is because the only other location is way down in south Shreveport and a further drive.
Chipotle is always fresh and delicious! And the staff are always pleasant and helpful. I love going here any chance I get.

At the time that I went they were out of chicken and had to make some. Overall Chipotle is a great place to eat
3-26-21 - currently no mask requirement- but staff is wearing them. Both indoor & outdoor seating available as wellas carry-out & delivery (Waitr - etc). The food is still great- like a burrito version of a subway restaurant but a little higher quality. They offer the meals with the following options: as a burrito (wrap), tacos, bowl, or salad. Then you get your choice of meat & vegetables. Like subway, the staff preps the meal with the items you ask for. From my experience the food & service has always been good. The restaurant is always clean too. I would recommend to anyone wanting a fast Mexican style meal.
I do like this place and the food normally, but this time I found plastic in my burrito bowl and almost ate it.
