My food was horrible. I wanted ribs but they were out. I ordered the food that I got was overcooked. The cheese was cooked to the consistency of potato chips. They only had one server. The seating was limited. Cooks that I saw were not wearing hair nets. The hostess gave some bowls to the cook and she had so many that she balanced them by holding them against her chest. I don't want to eat there again.
Today was the first time I went to Chili's... A group of people were waiting to be seated with several tables open.. no one to seat anyone in sight. We had to ask for a seat... She said wait then finally another girl came but just looked at us but I guess she realized we had been there waiting and showed us to a booth. The floor to and under the table was scattered with food and trash. I don't like giving anyone a bad review but I couldn't believe my eyes. Is it was super busy I would understand but there maybe 20 customers at most.. not even half of the tables were taken.
Felt like I was eating in an 80's disco. Music was incredibly loud, and very disco. People go to restaurants to enjoy the food and conversation, they go to bars for loud music. The wait to be seated took to long, considering there were more staff visible then patrons. Our waitress was very nice, but spoke so softly that we could hear her and she couldn't hear us. The food was chili's food, so fair. The ticket was miss calculated. We never did get our cheesecake.
First was the smell. It was horrible walking in the door. We said they always have great food. Food was good. The restaurant was in terrible condition. 7 to 10 tables needed clearing. Floor was very dirty. Waitress was great. Holes in booth seats. Wont be back.
Food is decent but curbside isn't functional. First time I waited for 45 min because someone just walked in and took my order. The second time I waited 25 minutes outside and then walked in just to find my food had been ready for 20.
Absolutely the most horrible experience my family and I have ever had at any Chili's restaurant! Came here on 3/16 at around 9:30pm. The place was pretty dead yet we stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before anyone actually greeted us. Then it was another 10 minutes before we were seated. Our waitress was probably the only good thing about our experience. It was very clear that she was not only running her tables but the whole restaurant as well. The food runner who was helping her, if you call that help, was getting every ones drink and food orders mixed up. And whoever was in the kitchen apparently didn't know what they were doing either because they completely messed up the orders of the table sitting behind us and as far our food...all i can say is thank God my kids at least liked their food because that's all that mattered to us. But mine and my husband's food was terrible! His burger was bland with not a lot of flavor. I had the cajun chicken pasta and the chicken was dry, the pasta was over cooked and the garlic bread was so hard i couldn't eat it. So that was pretty much $60 completely wasted on this place and we will definitely NOT be coming back here!
Can't say much about the whole staff team but for the guy who was our so called server was a bit distant. Only time we saw him was when we stopped him. Been sitting waiting for a lemonade refill since my lady and I sat down. We put our whole order in and didn't receive our entrées until we apparently had to tell him we were ready for our food. It's not busy and all the other servers are moving and communicating with their customers but out server just takes forever. We asked for our check and it's taking over 20 min to receive that. Him alone brings my rating to a 1 star. Loved the food when it finally came.
I honestly haven't been to a Chili's in about 10 years. It was a nice experience. Our server was a young man with a great personality, friendly and silly without being forced or over the top. Food was great.
They service sucked they forgot about our order even the Manager didn’t even come over to see what was the matter . Which they only had 4 tables the People that work there do not care about there customers there rude so I wouldn’t eat at Chili’s in Bossier if it was the last place to get. It SUCK !!!! The will be out of business soon
The bathroom were awful, very dirty and the service was awful too, the food was not as good either.
