We had great experience there. Clean and great service. One worker there, Jim, was sent to us by God. My baby broke his leg the day before, he was in so much pain for the past 12 hours that he couldn't eat or drink. I thought maybe he would eat at Chick-fil-A, it's his favorite place after all, but he didn't. And then Jim came and told him he needs to eat to grow big and healthy, and he ate everything! And he finally smiled and forgot about his pain for a while. I'm so happy I ended up in this place.
I order Chic Fil A from different locations for catering often. This was my first time ordering from the Bossier, LA location and will be my last! I placed the order the day before for a pick up time of 11am. I arrived and had to wait 30 min for the order. Then I arrive at my luncheon and they didn’t put silverware in the order. My customers had nothing to eat their salads with. Terrible service and missing items after paying $150.
Terrible customer service… they don’t answer the phone… workers couldn’t get a mobile order right if the fate of the universe was on the line… I tried calling to get a refund for my order and they never answered if there was more than one in bossier I would go to the other one every single time
This place isn’t a true Christian organization. They allow their Leads to make fun of other religions. I witnessed two missionaries from the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints come in to get food and the leads made fun of them. When and associate told them to stop because that associate was part of that religion they began to make fun of that associate. I called and talked to John the owner about what happened. He apologized to me. I thought it was all good but then found out those Leads received a promotion to Manager. So they were rewarded for attacking an associate and another religion.
Every time I’ve gotten anything from this location I’m always missing something important from my order, things like the damn dressings for the salads or utensils. Every. Time. Without fail. It’s so aggravating when you have a short amount of time for lunch and spend half of it in the line (either drive through or inside ) and then not even getting to eat the food you paid for because they won’t make sure everything is in there. So if you go here, hold up the line to do their job for them by checking your bags for everything you need to be able to eat your damn food. Get it together cfa crew at this bossier location, I’m constantly disappointed and annoyed.
I ordered chicken nuggets with a medium fry everything was hot and they have it where orders are being taken outside as you drive upEverything is quick your order is up in no time they have a very friendly work crew
The one time I had a rude car hop guess she wasn't in the mood to be at work. Food was good but I wanted my chicken sandwich since I had to switch with my boyfriend who has an allergy to tomatoes that was on his sandwich after ordering none and the receipt was correct just as well as the box the grilled sandwich was in. Most definitely will go back and will be sure to check the food before I leave.
Who doesn’t love a chick-fil-a… C’mon man…. HahahaJokes aside, customer service is on point and ready to get your food hot and fresh!
Everything was fresh and delicious. I do wish they would bring back the chicken salad, but I do love the wraps. The frozen lemonade is perfect for hot days
This is the first time I have been in here since before covid. The reason for that is, it is like getting in fort Knox to break through the traffic circle that goes around the building. I tried to go at an off hour 2:30 p.m., hoping I could get in. I parked over by PetSmart and walked so that I would be able to get out without getting trapped in the traffic. This place always has excellent staff that are very polite and they wait on you with the utmost efficiency. That has never changed. The food was good and hot. Everything was perfect, except getting in the building. I wish we could get another location in Bossier. I know that we could definitely use it. I have always liked this place and I always will. I don't see that changing. Everything was great! I just wish that we could have easier access to it. It was great to see Mr Jim again. He is a huge asset to the business!
