We patiently waited for our order to be brought out to us, only to get to our hotel & realize we were STILL missing food! On top of that, it was NASTY! We'll NEVER go there again!
Absolutely filthy! There was black mold and other molds all over the soda machine! The kitchen was a mess. Overall disgusting restaurant.
How was my Captain D's google asks? It was amazing! I haven't eaten at a Captain D's in about 20 years and I was not disappointed. I wish there was one closer to me. Great job on awesome food and service!
The lady that took our order at 10pm was rude to my 70 Vietnam vet friend while taking his order because he didn't hear or understand what she was talking about. The menu wasn't clear it come with three sides. He deserve more respect then that.

I was not smart enough to know that cocktail sauce is the same as shrimp sauce. The employee was saying rude statements after I took the cocktail sauce . Asked for the manager and they got her and I did not like how it ended.I will want people to know that they have rude employees at this location on Airline Dr. Bossier City,LA
The food was delicious.... Staff was very friendly....
The fish was not as good as it use to be. It was very skinny compared to how big/wide as it use to be. The fish was also salty. So basically, the serving size was too small and the price was very high.
It was good food I don't know about the inside but going through the drive-through 4 stars
My family & I was VERY impressed!!! Everything was delicious! Food is fresh & cooked to order. You may have to wait but it’s worth it. Wonderful customer service! We will definitely be back! Keep up the GOOD work!
