Me and my wife got a couple of chicken Jr sandwiches ?...... Which the chicken patties was either old or overcooked on all 5 chicken sandwiches...... The chicken patties was hard as hell around the edges on all of them and this ain't the 1st time it happen to us
If I could give this Burger King zero stars, I would. The food is actually not bad…IF you can get them to take your order. My first experience was good so I went again one night and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes or so and no one said a word. I thought may it was a fluke so I tried two more times and the same thing happened. On the second visit of the two, I played on my phone for 10 minutes just to test it out. Apparently the staff said if I make them wait long enough they’ll just drive off and I won’t have to do anything. Point taken, I will not be going back.
Service was poor. Chicken Sandwich was over cooked and dried out. Could have passed for cardboard. French fries were great. Just the way I like them. Crisp on outside soft on inside.
I hope someone reads this review from corporate. So yesterday, Sunday, April 10 at 5:20 pm I went to burger King for the 5 dollar deal on the two sandwiches. So I'm in the drive through and I'm told to hold so I'm sitting up there waiting for a couple minutes. When she finally comes picks I tell her what I want but quite confused at how I had to repeat my order because she up there talking or fussing with her co-workers so I get the king that's supposed to come with bacon two of the sandwiches and I get a strawberry Fanta and I was in the middle of not deciding whether I wanted onion rings or not so I'm like man how much is it going to be I just said never mind. She was so rude at the window waiting on my food and to pay she rolled her eye at me. Now for one I didn't do nothing to you so you need to come correct I get my food I'm driving down the street because I like to multitask while driving my burger was supposed to have bacon on it but it didn't. I'm never going back.
got impatient and had to switch people and had attitudes with us for no reason. We have a big group because we are traveling. right off the bat the gave us the wrong drinks. I have worked in fast food so i understand the fast pace you need but the attitude was unneeded and they could have a little respect and decency.forgot two meals and didn’t give us the right drinks
I went to Burger King this morning Friday, March 18th, to get breakfast and the lady that was in the window customer service was exceptional!!! She was so polite and friendly and I loved her attention to detail! I’m not sure if she was a manager or not but she sure made my morning so much better! We need more people like her in customer service positions!!! Thank you again ma’am and blessings to you!!!
Employees very friendly and cool and food always hot and fresh..you may have to wait a few minutes but it's worth the time
Not sure why this BK has gone so downhill but the past three times I've gone here, it's always something new. "We can only accept cash at this time," okay, understandable. "Will You be paying with cash or card?" I guess card? "Well our card machine is down." Okay.. Cash is fine.. "You gotta come inside to pay with cash." Ya know what, I'm in a hurry, so nevermind.Today, after about a month of avoiding this location, I decided to give it another go.. I saw a car go through the drive-thru and I followed right behind them. It was about 10:40PM when I drove there, just to hear "Sorry, we're closed." What? I saw a car right before Me in the drive-thru and now they're waiting at the window. I just accepted it and drove to McDonald's instead.. Decided to also check the hours for the BK and it says they close at midnight.. And even if they updated the times to 11PM to match other days of the week, I would have still made it 20 minutes prior to closing and it still didn't explain the car ahead of Me who obviously placed an order already..Bummed this location has just had problem after next. On a good day, I'd give them 4 stars. Otherwise, they've just been a 0 for the past few visits.
Asked for extra tartar sauce tonight for my dry pickless fish sandwich. They told me they had nothing to put it in and the lady got loud for me asking. She was rude and loud and very unhelpful. Didn't get her name but the manager did nothing but tell us he was going to ask us to leave. We just wanted sauce...m
I have been here before but the young lady that took our order wasn't very pleasant and a guy before us wasn't very happy ether the Manger didn't say anything about the way she took care of the guest I don't think i will go again if She is working
