Sat in the drive through, not moving for over 10 minutes. Went into the store and the other customers were near rioting. Does dash drivers were waiting for ages, there were almost no drinks left in the soda machine (there wasn’t a single coke type in the coke machine), the manager was screaming at customers, it was chaos. Don’t know if they were short staffed or what but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
I didn't get all my food I ordered the ultimate platter didn't get any syrup meat , biscuit condiments or anything tried to call back no one picks up the phone

I ordered 2 2 for 5 quarter pound kings and they were nasty. Meat was burnt bread wasn't cooked no cheese pickles or mayo how I order them was not right it was so disgusting I will never eat from that burger king ever again if there was a rating I give them 10 thumbs down. Horrible and rude staff and they won't answer the phone. Wendy's is much better.
They were terrible and rude as can be, although we were extremely patient and polite. Completely ignored my husband and I and we sat in the drive thru with NO ONE in front of us for thirty minutes. AND we ordered our family a melt and three whoppers and they sloppily threw the burgers together with no sauce or any other toppings. I am not sure why we deserved that and got treated that way, but the employees might need to be taught better manners. Terribly disappointing.
I noticed all fast food places in bossier are very slow. Gonna start going to Shreveport fast food

Pull in at 10:15 pm says they close at 11 .Have a van full of guy for work 8 different orders Lobby closed went to drive through . They said sorry they can't take 8 orders . Lazy Staff . Went across the street to taco bell . Won't return to bigger king here again .
