They didn’t have enough waiters or waitresses. It took roughly 5 minutes for someone to attend us at the entrance to be seated. Food was cold. Waitress was unorganized.
It was a good experience just had to wait longer than my reservation was at.
Seriously do not eat here. As of yesterday they have rats and I have seen them. On top of the rats helping out in the kitchen the floor staff are some of the worst I’ve come across. Very rude and just make the experience a horrible one. This location has seriously gone downhill and it’s a shame.
This is the shittiest BWW I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t even attempt to order on line or through a food service app. Food is always missing. It’s always a mystery. We ordered numerous times through the covid shut down and not once received a correct order. Once you call to ask where your order is…. Plan to wait on hold for 30 minutes while 3 different incompetent people try and figure out what the hell is going on. Service inside is hit and miss as well. This is absolutely the last time I fool with these poor providers of service quality.
The food was very good and everything came out okay, but the waitress Tina made a rude remark to me over confusion with my order. She embarrassed me at my table by saying, “Did y’all just let him out the basement tonight or something?” It genuinely hurt my feelings and ruined the experience for me, especially since I was just confused and misunderstood her. I wish she would’ve just clarified nicely to me instead of making me feel stupid and shameful.
We ordered 3 different kinds of fries to-go (reg, vinegar and lemon pepper) but the boxes were not labeled and they put s&p on their reg fries so it was hard to tell which flavor was which...even after tasting them...or else they would've gotten 5/5 stars.
This is about as honest as I can be. About a month ago, around 9:20pm, about 16 of us went to the Bossier restaurant. One server who was only on the job two weeks was assigned to our party w/o any help from the staff. The man we later recognized as a manager did not avail himself to help our party, nor any other, as he seemed to be leaning against the same wall everytime we noticed him. By 15 til midnight, much of our food had not been served. What was being served was not what was ordered, or in case of the wings, in the numbers that was ordered. A few had not even gotten the food, inspire of the previous 45 minutes being devoted to bringing the bills to the table. And refills on drinks- forget about it. The drink service had been as slow as everything else. 30 wait to unsweetened tea with lemon, and still my order had not been taken. Maybe that's why the food took so long, because because the order was taken so late. That doesn't explain why many of us were charged what seemed to be random prices for random orders which were not ours. It also happened to be on my birthday. When I got home, I composed an email. I was not expecting a reply. I did recieve one inviting us back with a promise that David would take care of us with a gift certificate. I did receive a gift card from a friend to BWW from my friends as a birthday present, so I did agree to go back with three friends who were with me the same night of the aforementioned fiasco. Per request, I did ask that we let David know we had come. We were not given gift certificates as David promised in the invitation he emailed to me. He did tell us that he would take care of us. It turns out David's idea of "taking care of us" was not that big of a discount. When the bill arrived at our table, it seems that a mere 25 per cent, NOT DEDUCTED from the taxes, was all that a second chance was worth. The four of us felt insulted and mislead. That is not what we call being taken care of. What When we were so descriptive of how messed up everything had been the last time- bad service, wrong food and charged wrong prices..Nevertheless, without arguing, and also because I had my birthday gift card to use to help the other people in my party feel less upset at being mislead by David, who only took care of 25 per cent of us before taxes, we just paid the bill and left.I can honestly say it will not be by my suggestion or encouragement that we return to Buffalo Wild Wings. Mistakes can happen, but when they do, this franchise has a messed up idea of what it means to restitute a mistake, or "take care" of the guests who were on the receiving end of that mistake. By cheaply only applying 25 per cent after David told the for of us he would take care of us, he has ensured he will never have to take care of me again. No-one in the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise will.
great atmosphere always enjoy myself when I go
I haven't been to Buffalo wild wings in years. I went there for a birthday dinner. The food was okay not worth the money that they're asking you to pay for. The waitress was excellent.
Friendly environment! Polite employees! Delicious food and drinks! We can't wait to go back!
