I came here at 9:45 to try and order food. I went through the drive thru. They didn’t answer. Drove around to get their attention “because the workers were sitting down eating and talking.” I asked if I could order food.” They said we are closed. I said you all literally have 15 minutes. She shrugged her shoulders. Horrible customer service. As a business owner, and customer service don’t turn my customers around because you wanna make sure you walk out right as closing time. Ridiculous.

Although I love Arby's food, I had a bad experience with the woman at the window. I had to tell her my order 3 times because she wasn't paying attention, laughing with another employee. She gave me an attitude when I drove up to the window. Very poor customer service!

Probably the rudest drive through I’ve ever been in!!Absolutely unnecessary attitude bc I couldn’t find the sandwich on the menu! Ridiculous. I’m literally sitting here in the drive through waiting!!6/12/22 @ 5:32pm.

Their food is great but when I ordered in the drive thru the employee had poor customer service a very bad attitude. I will come back though.

Their 2for $6 is the best deal. Love it ?

Didn't have side salad or crinkle fries. Also ordered through the drive thru and from time of taking order to the time we receive our order in hand it took 58 min. Unexceptable. Plus the dining in was closed.

Unfortunately...they left the melted cheddar off of my sandwich. The sandwich was still excellent and curly fries crisp, hot, and full of flavor. My grandbaby loved the white cheddar mac and cheese.

Rude staff messed up order, attempted to call restaurant no answer sent to voice mail saying mail box is full, bad service and rude employees best to eat anywhere elseI did go to the website you listed in your response at the same time I posted the review and like the local restaurant I left all my information and received no response or reply. So other than your company trying to make a good public showing you care you have not actually reached out to me regarding the issues even when having all the information you need

Went to the drive through order two beef and cheddar, French dip, regular roast beef two fries two cups of cheese and a med coke. Drove 37 miles home and no roast beef sandwiches tried calling and no answer. Continue to call for the next 20 minutes. Still no answer and voicemail is full. When I placed my order the order was repeated back three times so the order should have been correct. I will known not to go to Arby’s again.

I love Arby's always have I love your food never had a problem with it occasionally there's a problem with an employee issue but they don't seem to stick around and I don't go often enough to make a assessment to this particular one or any of them actually. But I do go and whenever I do I'm quite happy.
