My waitress, Raiesha was awesome. She was welcoming and attentive! The variety bread and butter was a great starter too. Steak was kind of fatty though
Half the steak was inedible. The Mac and cheese was bad. It taste like the flour is old. I've had better steak dinners at Applebee's. This is coming from a sous chef. The only positive thing about the experience was the staff. Everybody I talked to was real nice. Bad Mac and cheese is unforgivable in my opinion. I'm not saying 8 bucks a side isn't unusual at a nice restaurant, but I've never walked away with so much food on my plate.
The restaurant is pretty. Our waiter Jason was absolutely awesome! The food...huge disappointment! Especially for the price! Appetizers weren't bad. But for a steakhouse our steaks left A LOT to be desired! They were both very thin, full of fat, and lots of gristle. The baked potato was HUGE but wasn't impressive. The bacon bits on the baked potato were so hard we worried about cracking a tooth! The asparagus was hot on the outside and cold on the inside.For a 4.5 rated place we thought the steaks would be worth the cost. The price of your steak (between approximately $30-$45) does NOT include your sides. They are $8 extra EACH. I don't mind spending a good amount of money for excellent food but I don't like spending money, small or large amounts, on disappointing food.We do NOT recommend.
Jason was are waiter. Always kind and takes very good care of us and Katie is always such fun at the bar and cora Brantley loved loved the crab legs had 2 pounds and loved every bite.
Huge awesome new York burger and excellent fries the bartender Eddie was also great and cool and a big University of Texas Longhorns fan. Hook-em!!!

1800 Prime Steakhouse is incredible! The service was exceptional and the food was AMAZING! I decided to go for my birthday…it was such a great experience. ?I ordered the blackened chicken alfredo with a side of mac&cheese. My food was served well seasoned, hot and fresh. My partner enjoyed her dinner as well. She ordered the queen cut ribeye with a side of mashed potatoes. We also ordered blueberry martinis. ?And if you have a sweet tooth, I recommend the blueberry cobbler cheesecake. Also, the assortment of butters were a great addition for the rolls. My favorite was the cinnamon butter…I would recommend 1800 Prime Steakhouse anytime to anyone. I can't wait to return when I’m back in Shreveport.

Great steak and a great staff. We had reservations for 7:30 but arrived at our hotel early. They were able to move us up and did a great job.
Food was delicious & steak was so rich and well done . My husband and I enjoyed ourselves !
