The food is fresh. The meat has a nice flavor without being too salty.It is a walk up and order setup. Love their unsweetened tea
Zoes is one of my favorite places but today, not so good. I could tell there had been some staff changes, and the young lady who took my order was low key rude. Fortunately, the manager who is always a nice guy, gave me my food. The chicken in my rollups was extremely tough and really ruined my lunch.
Used to love this location. I'm pretty sure under new management now. Portions are smaller. I had to request 3 THREE items that were left off of Greek salad. Next couple of visits still items left off salad .... pretty much JUST lettuce
We frequent this location. My daughter loves the kids Salmon dinner. I always get a chicken roll-up. This location never disappoints. We will continue coming back. Sunny the General Manager is attentive and courteous. Great Job Zoes, keep it up!
I love Zoe’s. I’ve been to this location about 3-4 times and each time my experience was awesome and well worth the wait. My order is always made fresh and the customer service is excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Keep it up guys. ☺️
We all know how great of food Zoe’s serves! This location specifically is the best in Baton Rouge! Their are kind, patient, quick with service, and the facility is clean. I have ordered from other locations where they have drastically screwed up my order (at another location I ordered a side they were out of and they didn’t feel the need to refund my money or call me to change my side to something they had).

I am never disappointed with this location. I ordered from Uber eats today and everything was there including utensils napkins and a stuffed container of chicken salad (thanks for the extra ?). Everything was delicious! Y’all are great!
This girl didn't understand a word about what I ordered. I asked for a cup of tomato basil soup, just the soup, nothing extra in it. When I heard the call out in the kitchen I realized she ordered the basil pesto hummus or something. I looked around and saw I was the only one in the restaurant. So I had to go back and ask her what she ordered. I was like ok no problem but I actually said tomato basil soup with nothing in it. She calls to the back and says hey make that a soup actually. Then she turns around and says hey it's not that much of a difference in price. Umm, that's not the point. It's the principle of the matter. So because soup doesn't take anytime at all she hands me the soup and I walk out because I was already starting to get agitated. When I got to my car there was all kinds of crazy in the soup for garnishment. Like melted cheese and herbs and crackers on the side. Needless to say I threw it away as I can't have that. I did try a small spoon of the actual soup and it was good. That's why two stars.
